“and he told me to bring it in, I am almost an hour away from them in Clarkridge Arkansas. When I arrived today, Nick tested the starter and it worked fine but it was weak, he asked if I had shopping to do in town and asked to let him open it up to look at it. After about an hour or so Nick called me and said my brushes and bearings were worn out and all else looked great. They could have charged me what ever for the repairs but for less than $90 he sent me with a fully repaired starter for my bobcat at a reasonable price, thank you Nick for your honesty and integrity in running your business, it’s hard to find this today. By the way he did this SAME DAY!!!! I know all repairs cannot be done same day, but he said if he has the parts he can offer that service.Service: Auto engine diagnostic”

“Purchased a set of lights for my Mustang, they were as advertised, he was easy and fair to deal with, if buying a set of lights went this well, I imagine purchasing a vehicle would go just as smooth, I looked at a couple of cars they seemed priced fair.It is a bit hard to locate, but if diamonds were easy to find, they wouldn't seem so great when you find one. Locating the diamond in the rough is half the fun”

“I have been using Don's for a year now and have had 4 different vehicles in there for repair work done. The staff scheduling and management of work has always been on target, the facilities both in the back and in the customer areas are clean and well kept, and the technician is always available to talk (or just come out to talk) about the service work completed and their prices are always fair and comparable. Never had a question unanswered (or sidestepped) and having done inspections for the government for 15 years I believe I would know that. But the 5 rating really goes to the warranty work Don's does. They stand by their work and replace faulty parts (which sadly there are too many of nowadays). But in one case their mechanic was repairing some parts and during the repair missed seeing damaged parts that were clearly incorrectly installed by another mechanic somewhere else when I looked at them and that failed on me sometime later. But Don's said they should have caught it as part of their inspection so they repaired those [expensive parts mind you] under warranty. That's 5 star and what you rarely find anywhere today.”

Been going they got years and always left extremely happy. The other shops in west plains acts like you should bow down like they walk on water.”
