Hi. Been going here for over 7 years. Monroe loves coming here. She always likes to down every aisle. Then the other side. She gets excited ? by all the attention !! The staff there are always so helpful.& always help me with all my needs. A shout out to Paula.shes a groomer there. And so amazing!!!

Overall I've had good experiences at this store and I've purchased quite a lot of items for family members. Recently I came in looking for a 'flea and tick collar' and in the end they ended up selling me some spot on for cats which is not a flea and tick collar at all. Because it's over 30 days I could not get a refund or replacement. I understand it's open, but your customer service failed me in picking out something I was not familiar with when picking up for my mom. I left my item at the counter today, did not add the additional items I needed, gave away my stamp card and will not be back. I try very hard to shop local, but when there are errors beyond my control I can't afford to lose money and I can't believe for a $15 item they would rather lose a customer then to lose their wholesale amount invested in that one error of which they are at fault.
