We visited after visiting Illinois and returning to Missouri. The station was very busy when we visited and there was a long line of folks waiting to use the restroom.

Clean though small, several islands so several cars can get in. Fairly open and windswept, especially when cold, but that's most gas stations. Good prices too, which is a draw from high Illinois prices.
