Good luck even getting in, they give you the run around and close early half the time. Wouldn't care to have these guys work on my vehicle after my experience.

Disappointing customer service. Dropped my truck off first thing in the morning for a simple tire patch & rotation. They told me it would be done by noon. Things happen, no big deal. No one called me, and it was finally ready after 3pm. When I arrived to pick up my truck, the window had been left open all afternoon during the rain & the backseat was soaked. I went inside to inform the guy at the desk and he let me know it’s been a recurring problem. No apology, no discount offered.

I live 80 miles from winsville.Got a flat the highway a exit.
Put my spear on took the flat tirer to zisser 2hr b4 close dropped off went to work expecting to pick up next day got a call 20min till close picked up new tire And I was thrilled with the quickness. Thank you.

The manager here was awesome and quick. We were diverted from our original pick up point to rent an U-Haul trailer and sent here without being notified they closed at 12. We arrived 15 minutes late and he still helped us get a trailer so we could move into our apartment. It was the only thing that went our way that day. The gentleman who helped us really lifted the spirits of our whole family. I highly recommend that he get recognition for going out of his way with extraordinary customer service.

I had a tire which had picked up a small bolt and was leaking air. I removed the wheel and attempted to repair the tire myself with a standard tire plug kit that I had. Needless to say, it did not hold up and was still leaking air. So I decided to take it to Zisser tire where they removed the tire from the wheel and they patched it the correct way from the inside. It was dropped it off on a Friday morning immediately when they opened up and my phone was ringing to pick it up an hour later. Problem solved. Thank you Zisser tire.
