Was needing to get my kids passport pictures takes……short older women assisted me today. First she took a picture of my son and then Daughter’s picture. When she downloaded the picture she viewed and fixed my sons for a passport. She then pulled up my daughters. She took two pictures of both children but decided to use the second picture of my daughter which had her eyes half closed. I asked the lady if she could use the other picture since her eyes are almost close and the lady said she couldn’t because both ears weren’t showing. I then proceeded to ask to take a different picture because my paying for the picture and didn’t want my daughter to have a passport for 10 years with her eyes half opened. The older employee lady moaned and gave me a big sigh. I told her i didn’t appreciate the attitude she was giving me since I was paying for the pictures. She then apologized for her actions and proceeded with new photos. After passport photos were edited and needed to be processed she then told me it would take her about 2-4 minutes to have ready. While the older lady was processing my photos and skinny younger employee lady came up to her and said (in a so call quiet tone)”girl you have more patience with her than I do…...I would have told her to wait the full hour before giving me my photos”. I then informed the employees that I can hear every single word they were saying and then asked for the manager. The manager gets paged over head a small time after. The manger come up to the photo counter and I explained everything and then I even heard what the ladies were discussing and quoted it back to them and the skinny employee lady started mouth that they process photos in a hours time. Manger had to tell that employee to go back to work and seemed annoyed by her as so was I. My son and daughter who were still in store watch this all go down stats that after the skinny employee lady was told to go back to work she walk away smacking her butt and mouthed kiss it. What is happening here. I couldn’t wait to get out of the store.

I remember when this Walgreens was first built. It was impeccably run, well-kept, and efficient. The manager could always be seen making sure the store looked good, and the products were placed well. The outside was kept clean as well. That went on for years.Nowadays, this store is a sad skeleton of its impeccable days gone by. Management appears non-existent. The parking lot is falling apart and has potholes that could qualify as a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. The grounds are an utter mess, with hundreds of cigarette buts lining the curbs and broken concrete.The inside is not much better. Back by the pharmacy, the ceiling tiles are stained from water leaks and are complimented with (what appears to be) black mold.The staff here is ok except for one young man who is working a lot. I won't name names but has a huge head of hair that is always unkept and in general, looks like he just rolled out of the gutter. He puts the least amount of effort into his interactions with customers and is not friendly at all. Not a good representation, but then again, look at the rest of the place. It kind of goes along with it.I feel sorry for all of those who have permanently damaged their rims from the gigantic potholes at this place. Corporate should look into this location - It has to shape up around here.

They don't any of the pain meds I needed and that I have been on for 7 yrs and without them It could cause me to go in to withdraws and shock with my health problems. So will never use this place again

I love this walgreens I go here at least once a week. Today I came in to get some sunscreen.. The lady ringing me out treated me with disrespect. She kept rushing me when I was trying to figure out what I wanted to buy. She yelled when I said I might not want to buy this.

I called to have my script transferred from another local Walgreens to this store. They were very unfriendly and then asked rudely when I wanted to pick it up. I asked when can I pick up and response was again rudely when do you want to pick up. I was disappointed in their customer service. I may have to change to CVS or Walmart.
