Came in to pick up my prescriptions & the girl who “helped” me was so rude. All I asked was if they had my insurance on file or not & if she could check, she said “give me one second”, came back with my prescriptions & she didn’t even check on the computer. All she said was “I don’t know.” She had time to charge me for the prescriptions but not enough time to even check if my insurance was on file. I don’t mind paying in full, that’s not what mattered to me. But she had the audacity to only care about her lunch & not help me. Couldn’t catch her name but she had glasses & long dark hair. Such an ignorant employee.

Great to run in and quickly get what you need. They have everything and prices are reasonable. Employees are are always helpful.

This Walgreens denied me of my medicine for 4 dosing periods(2 days) of my mental health medication (not a controlled substance),that both my insurance provider and psychiatrist's office had already given the go ahead for an early refill override. I now am suffering from immense stress and migraine, as well as mood instability due to my missed doses.Clearly my stress and concern were too much for the pharmacist. One of the workers put me on hold to speak to her...she answered, put me on hold again, and then hung up on me. After that the pharmacy staff were very short with me and quickly got off the phone with me. I had my husband present for every one of these moments.Every time I called, it was because I had missed a dose and just wanted an update from the actual pharmacist to get specific reasons as to why my medication refill was being denied until the 31st of January, even though I needed a refill on the 22nd of this month. If I went that long without my medicine, I would have to restart at a very small dose and would be mentally unstable for far longer.I legitimately had to call my insurance's pharmacists administration line to confirm that this wasn't an error on their part. They told me it was this Walgreens pharmacist that was not approving my script/not resubmitting for approval.I have been on the same dosage for this medication since August of last year. I was even on a warm call with my psychiatrists prescription manager and heard the pharmacist insist that it was my insurance having the issue with the refill. Do not try to fill your meds here.

This place is the worst. I get calls and texts repeatedly telling me my prescription is ready to be picked up time and time again I go to pick it up and they say it hasn’t be filled yet. Why does this happen everytime? It is beyond frustrating!

Typical air Walgreens in Wentzville. 10 people in line and nobody at the counter to help. 6:00pm.

I have a primary insurance and a secondary insurance. I accidentally clicked to refill an extended release tab that my primary insurance didn't cover. So INSTEAD OF THEM ASKING ME IF I HAD SECONDARY INSURANCE, they used a Good Rx card. Cost me $100. Had they done their jobs, it would have been $10.Contacting the BBB on three Walgreens around town.Horrible, horrible communication and zero empathy or inclination to solve the problem."OH,gee. Just because the last person did there job, doesn't mean we all can."Getting my last few prescriptionss and will never fill a another one at Walgreens Pharmacy.Their screw up ended up costing me $100 I don't have. The kicker is that I'm not even going to use it.Horrible business/healthcare practices. This is going to the top, with each call with them recorded. I hope they gave the ONE person who was working hard to resolve it some major kudos. This has been going on for 5 days. Each day it's something different. And the new pharmacist? Not warm at all. "This is the way it is, period. You should have, blah, blah, blah."Suggestion: Hand out a rules/responsibilities book before you do this to someone else.Shame on you. Expect bad reviews everywhere and a contact from BBB.This won't happen to someone else if i have anything to say about it..

Inconsistent information depending on who you talk to that day. They actually used a Good Rx card for meds that would have cost me $10. But, "once we use Good Rx, we can't turn it into your insurance. *I'm supposed to ask them to bill secondary insurance. Thats my job. So, they messed up (was told all kinds of stories in 5 days. It has been amusing. Getting my next batch of scripts and Adios! Bad business practices = lost customers (you probably have no idea how many)? Good luck. Hope you all get good leadership, because thars what you deserve.
