Apparently this store is under new ownership. I stopped in to discuss a discrepancy on my bill. The store manager, Allen, was fantastic! He corrected the problem immediately. Highly recommend this store!

My husband and I had the best experience we’ve ever had at mobile service provider/retailer at this location thanks to Logan. He was knowledgeable & friendly and made the entire process of switching phones seamless. We will definitely be returning here in the future.

Alan, the (now) Manager At Wentzville T-Mobile is absolutely fantastic! I upgraded my phone and during the long process of transferring all of the data over, he helped every step of the way! During the long wait time, he was very patient and helpful! And with next day technical difficulties, that no one could have done anything about- he was ready to help us fix the issue! He was the best!

I’m not sure why T-mobile locations and T-mobile customer service don’t link together. I’m being help at this location at Wentzville by Logan. Who advised me I have one month left to pay off my phone and I need to pay it with a customer service agent because it showed a different amount in his system in order for me to upgrade. Once I paid it off with the Agent Logan then advise there is nothing he can do it still show the additional fee on his end. I ask why would you have me make a payment to pay the phone off to turn around and say there is still nothing you can do he then says he didn’t tell me to pay it off when his co worker and people in the store heard him. When I asked for the manager Cameron he says she said she just went on break meanwhile he been conversing back and forth with Cameron and when I ask for her she conveniently is on break. I stayed at the location for another hour Cameron never came out once knowing that her employee was struggling. Needless to say I got a customer care rep over the phone to help and refund my payment but the 2 hours I was at the location the manager Cameron refused to come out. This is horrible customer service and makes me not want to go back to the Wentzville branch.

The lady was kind of rude when i didn't understand all of what she was explaining to me. I guess there upgrade system is way different. Wouldn't even really call it an "upgrade " its really just when your done financing you can finance another one. I wasn't understanding how I was eligible for an upgrade but still had to pay out of pocket or finance the phone. They used to have it where you would get a new upgraded phone whenever you financing was over.

Another wasted trip to T- Mobile. Again they were unable to take care of what I needed. When you ask the guys working, they blame it on their one day training program. This is the only store I've been to since being acquired thru Sprint in Dardene Prairie. This store is useless. After being a customer for 26 years they tell he I'm not an authorized user. Said I'd have to call Customer Care to get it fixed... they couldn't. Called while at the store... they found me immediately. After over an hour of their lack of help I left. Decided to try the Wentzville store tomorrow.

Worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Went there in the store closed at eight and the kids just shook their head and wouldn't open the door to let me know that they were currently closed. Management needs to be aware of this problem and this is by far one of the worst experiences I've ever seen. To the kid in the red hair who just didn't care and shook his head and said sorry. He needs to be fired.

I was in this store twice this week. I don't know the young man's name with dark hair and glasses who was working at the middle desk but he and Rodney are exceptional! You are lucky to have them!!!

Submitted a warranty claim through Tmobile show up at the store and was met with a declining statement advising because the built in screen protector is bubbling they will not allow. I called tmobile who then also only focused on this. I pay the protection plan who advised because there is no physical damage it would be a warranty claim. I have had nothing but poor experiences with this store and tmobile. They do not care about the customer and essentially just tell you to call customer services who refuses to assist as well. This is the third major issue I have had with tmobile and second with this store.Poor customer service and poor assistance.

Absolutely awful experience the associate that i had the pleasure of dealing with , I believe his name was caleb .. extremely rude young man...completely messed everything up with Me picking up a Replacement phone because the one I just purchased from them a week ago kept dying. I left with the same phone I came in with bc he was so incompetent at his job. So i had to go back into the store Again luckily i noticed his mistake while in my car . the worse part is the store manager was there and did nothing about the situation all they cared about was rushing me out the door as fast as they could. With no concern for the customer. Save your time and go-to another store. I spent 3 hrs dealing with there constant mistakes and poor service.... the worst Part is none of the employees show any remorse for their mistakes Or the horrible experience offered no apologies and could of cared less.... will never return to this store !!

Just had a great experience with upgrading my gateway for our T mobile internet with Rodney and Gabe at the Wentzville store. They were very helpful and got me set up without any hassle. Professional, polite and friendly young men.

Just needed to upgrade our home internet gateway and couldn't be happier with the two young men that made is very easy. Rodney and Gabe went a bit out of their way to get it changed out without any hassle. Nice polite and knowledgeable service. Glad I'm sticking with T mobile for my internet service.
