Owner, Dustin responded quickly and professionally to my call for towing assistance. His guys were going to be tied up for at least 90 minutes on other calls, so he personally showed up a lot sooner and got my truck towed to my local mechanic. I don’t think you can beat Shoemake Express LLC Towing for the service and friendly attentiveness it provides. Thanks

We ended up with a flat tire on the side of the highway. They came out to us to fix our tire within 15 minutes of getting off the phone with roadside assistance. He had everything taken care of within 10 minutes of arriving. The situation couldn't have gone any better. Very thankful for their quick service that got us on the road again!

Do not call this company if you are in dire need of towing they will let you down everytime my car has been stuck in st Louis for a few days and they still have not contacted me back if I could rate them 0 I would.

After sitting in the middle of the road for almost 2 hours waiting for a tow through my roadside I continued to get canceled and "new providers" being dispatched I finally got a text stating a new provider had been dispatched but the ETA was 45-75 mins, then I received a call from Dustin with Shoemake Express. He explained how he could come pick up until I told him I was on a country road and that my battery had died, he then explained to me what to try and within less than 20 mins I had an officer behind me for protection and a tow truck dispatched. Then Dustin continued to check on me via phone call and text message. Dustin most definitely saved my night.

I’m sorry guys, but after never showing up after 5+ hours of waiting, and after being told by you that you were only 25min away, I don’t know how else to interpret the situation. You left me hanging in the middle of the night. But after reading other reviews, I see that you gave me some of the same responses that you’ve given others. Customer service and communication is an easy thing. You managed to botch both.

Dustin definitely puts the “work” in work ethic. While on a cross-country road trip, a broken down vehicle left us stranded 12 hours from home. We called for a tow and Dustin showed up. He worked diligently to figure out what was causing the problem with the vehicle. He spent a lot of time with us and it paid off, as we were ultimately able to complete our drive home. Scheduled through urgent.ly. when company was assigned, I was quoted 69 minutes. I called to verify and the driver said the time was probably close to accurate ... he had a short tow in Clayton then would be heading my way. At 80 minutes, I checked the tracker and it said they cancelled. Urgent.ly assigned another company, now another 100+ minute wait. No call (and I know the driver had my number), no nothing. Just left stranded, in downtown St. Louis, at 3am, with no explaination. Thanks for nothing.Service: Car towing
