Had to make appointment 2 weeks in advance. I arrive at least 10 minutes early. No one around! Waited 10 min. still haven’t seen anyone that works there.

We couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service and care we received at Schaefer! Our repair was completed so quickly. Garrett, the manager, went above and beyond, even addressing an issue that was unrelated to the repair. Thank you, Garrett and the team at Schaefer!

The car was an 08, the damage included a right quarter panel and bumper. Most know that requires painting. My cars finish is oxidizing and these folks made my car match! I can’t believe that this was possible. This place is the place to go ! Thank you for your work.

My insurance company directed me here because they have a partnership which would streamline my repairs. The problem is that they never answer their phones. I tried to call multiple times over two days and no one answered. I finally left a voicemail message and they said someone would get back with me, but no one ever did...

When I say Schaefer Auto Body is where you want to take your vehicle for repairs!!! Amazing service all around. Customer service is also top tier! I worked with Josh in the service department, he was excellent, communication was outstanding! Reached out to me regarding my vehicle repair time almost daily, made sure my claims adjuster stayed in the know as well. Extended my rental coverage while my car was being repaired. Just made my claim process smooth!!! A lot of other places don’t go the extra mile when it comes to certain things, they normally will have the Customer deal with their insurance adjuster. Thanks again Josh for assisting/put my mind at ease and a big thank you to all the guys in the garage that went above & beyond with getting my baby rolling like new!!! :) I appreciate the OUTSTANDING WORK!!!Services: Exhaust

Someone side swiped my parked car so I was left with a huge scratch/dented driver side door to my bumper - brought my car to Schaefer, they had me scheduled within the next 2 weeks. After about 1 week in the shop, I picked it up looking brand-new! Flawless repair. Kept me well informed of the stages of repair my car was going through. I had hail damage on my vehicle and I took it to Schaefer Autobody in Wentzville. They did a fantastic job! Everyone was very friendly and professional. Josh was my estimator and he was very helpful and answered all my questions. My vehicle was completed on time, returned to me washed and in better condition than before. I used Schaefer Autobody in Wentzville for hail damage and to replace a windshield on my new car. They called after a few days and shared that my hail damage was fixed, but they were still waiting on my windshield from Subaru and they’d call when it was ready. About a week later they called and said my car was ready. I picked up my car and drove home assuming my car was back in new condition. I pull into my garage and get out and immediately notice this HUGE crease dent on my drivers door and a HUGE white door ding on the passengers door and also still a hail ding on the hood. I drove straight back to Schaefer’s and shared that there was damage on my car that wasn’t there before. They came out and looked at it and checked my check-in photos and agreed that the damage was not there when I dropped the car off. (I’m guessing it was sitting on the lot while they were waiting on the windshield to come in and received the damage). I left my car again and they called a few days later to let me know it was ready. The hood was fixed and the passenger door, but I could still see the dent on my drivers door. (It had improved but it was still there) So, I left my car again. They called a day later (Friday) and this time the dent was fixed so I took the car home. On Saturday, I went grocery shopping and I open my trunk and I see all these marks in my trunk going to my third row arm rest. I look closer and they are scratches. The body shop scratched up the inside trunk vinyl all the way up to my third row when they fixed the hail rings and left it. This is a brand new car not even 8000 miles! I take care of my things and I am so sad about this. I called Schaefer’s on Monday and they still have not returned my call (it’s Saturday). I feel like my car should have never been returned to me in that condition. Where was the quality control?Services: Auto windshield repair

Schaefer went above and beyond what I expected. My insurance company was so difficult to work with and they were vigilant and worked through it with me. They are the best. Couldn’t ask for a better company of people to work with. 10 stars for them
