Brought my parents car in for new tires…we called ahead and the call center assured us we did not need an appointment. Got there and said well if you don’t make an appointment it’ll be several hours of waiting. Ok no problem, we scheduled an appointment to come back. Was told it would be a couple dollars per tire to replace TPMS sensors.
Come back for scheduled appointment. New tires installed, no problems so far. However, was told that our model car didn’t have TPMS (incorrect, it came factory installed), and then told well, no sensors available to install and if they could get them in it would cost around $40 PLUS an additional $5 installation per tire. So around $60+
I personally usually go to the _other_ membership warehouse for tires, and if you have the option I would highly recommend that. They are more knowledgeable, and replace our same model car TPMS during install for $12.
The installers at this location are really not very knowledgeable and I was highly disappointed in the service. Worthy to note that I also asked them to do a visual brake inspection as we were starting to hear a strange noise when braking, FYI don’t even bother asking if you experience this. Here they disregarded it as gravel dust when in reality the issue was much more serious and we were lucky our brakes didn’t lock up while driving. Ended up taking car across street to the M brake specialists and they found and fixed the problem easily.
I’m still highly upset this location is unwilling to replace the TPMS sensors and wants so much $$ “if they are able to get some in.”

Who's in charge of the food court here? For the second week in a row the icee machine is not working and half of your soda choices are out. Cranky old woman taking our order. Not a great experience.

Went to Sam's Saturday April 15th. They were having their 40th birthday celebration. Free samples!! My grandson had a cupcake with bright BLUE icing. Later that night, the poor boy complained his butt hurt him. Changing his diaper, his p*** was bright blue! His bottom was stained blue. Today is monday, after scrubbing his butt and having a bath, he still has a blue butt stain. How safe can that be to eat??? Absolutely disgusting!!

We purchased our tires at Sam's for the convenience of being able to have them serviced in other cities, if needed. We got the tread warranty and when we had a problem the warranty kicked in and our expense to fix the tire was minimal. We did have a problem getting the tires (they were a bit unusual), but they compensated us for the long delay and were communicative about why they were having difficulty getting the tires. All in all, they were honest, honored the warranty, and got the job done.

Love this location. This review is for the cafe. The prices are unbeatable. The pizza is delicious, albeit greasy. The frozen custard is my absolute favorite! The service was outstanding! Polite and quick. I definitely recommend if you're hungry when shopping, or even just to feed some kids.

Usually good. Sometimes it’s very frustrating trying to get somebody to answer the phone.

I’m hoping this doesn’t happen often. However I purchased a rotisserie chicken yesterday for the first time. I got it just as they were putting them fresh in the case. When I got home I refrigerated it and then warmed up the leg and thigh piece later in the evening. Unfortunately my chicken was Not cooked all the way and I ate a few pieces before discovering this. Thankfully I did not get sick but definitely something that should be looked after more carefully. I did call the store to inform them because I did not want anyone else receiving a undercooked chicken that may have come from that batch. I was informed that I could receive a new one when I came in or a refund which I do appreciate.

Employees are friendly and helpful. The only problem with this club is they will not answer phone calls regardless of what department you call, very frustrating.

I would say this is my favorite Sam’s store the employees offer to help there customers. We have been Sam’s Club members for 11 years! I high recommend the Wentzville Sam’s Club location.

I love this club. They have what I need and they are helpful. The issue is that they NEVER answer their phone. If I call for info or to check on an order, I can never get anybody to answer the phone. This is a gigantic frustration to me and something people should know. I call Sam's Club help on-line and they apologize, but nothing gets better.
