The General Manager Dennis is not only making his workers stressed with stupid and unnecessary rules that the last GM Dave would never even dream of doing, but he’s also careless about the needs of his workers.
And it only gets better, since we have to abide by him we stay later than usual and you wanna know the solution to that? By cutting off our overtime instead of reviewing the policies HE enforces.
I cannot recommend working here, this company simply does not care about its workers, I am speaking as a employee here myself.

This place is a nightmare. Pulling membership. Horrible staff. Not to mention treat their staff horrifically as well. Have cost my family so much money for not doing their job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ALL LOCATIONS. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Saturdays and Sundays are the heavy shopping days. Ideal shopping days are Wednesdays and Thursdays PM.
Saturdays, they run out of fresh fruit and other popular items. Tuesdays are not a good day to shop as they haven't recovered from the weekend yet. They manage the carts pretty well, and the carts were always available at the entrance. The gasoline prices are getting competitive with the local retailers. Diesel prices are finally coming down.

Stopped here on our way through Missouri for the café to feed our kids and the manager named Mindy shut it down at 12pm. Everyone who was in line had to leave and because apparently they didn't have the staff. After that it was super discouraging especially because it was lunchtime for alot of other people and there was still food available for purchase. I will not stop here again. I have never seen a sams club shut down during a rush and kick everyone out of line who was waiting. As a sams club plus member this is a huge perk we look forward to due to our autistic son having a set pallet he likes. Every Sunday he eats his pretzel and is content but that wasnt the case here.

My boyfriend and I got gas and stopped in for last minute groceries around 7:30, he had to use the restroom and I walked through clothes while I waited. I was grabbing clearance items when employee Sammy told me that I shouldn't be in here, they were closed, I apologized and explained that i thought they closed at 8:30 (wrong thats costco) and I was waiting on my boyfriend and she rolled her eyes and said you need to leave were closed. Meanwhile the rude old woman in the clothing area that was tonight came up next to me and folded the item I had my hands on in a huff. I worked in retail for a long time and would never dream of being so rude to a customer, I would have just politely asked me to leave. When I got to the front they had closed all the registers and a woman and I asked if we should use scan and go and the front end associates said well the registers are closed so yeah. Mind you they did not make a single closing announcement. I will not be returning and will happily drive to the st peters costco

Drive up takes FOREVER, store always out of stock of things like bread and to top it all off they do weird stuff like give u an empty container of rotisserie chicken but guess what - u paid for it!

Self check out is awesome and the exit checkout as well. Fresh produce have not disappoint me in the 10+ years shopping here. No fuss no muss.
