Great company,miles are there if you drive hard,Rapid will take care of trucks and Drivers as well,home time when you need it, n they will try really hard to meet desire date.One benefit that surprise me is,they pay you to do a 34hr reset on the road,who does that? Not many. Management is fair to everyone.Dispatchers try hard to keep you moving,my Supervisor Jana is super nice always there for us. Phil,Michell,Nikkie,Patt great job guys on outbound n inbound,Bob our Safety is great,helping you and answering questions you might have. Overall Rapid Response has a great team, The service department is there for you to answer questions or to service truck ASAP on the road or at terminal(thanks Nick n Team). Dave our GM has an open door policy to help you or answer any question you might have.

Drivers are reckless. Will pull out in front of you then behave erratically and honk at you. I guess because I passed him after he almost caused an accident on 141. It baffles me someone would act like this with their company name posted all over the truck.

Worked here for 2 years as company driver got all the miles i wanted and was home every weekend except for 3 in 2 years never had and company work so hard with me to achieve my goals i have now switched over to the owner operator side my truck is still leased to them and will be until I retire wouldn't drive for anyone else

Rapid Response of Wentzville, MO delivered furniture as a third party for Value City Furniture. The delivery drivers 1st delivered a damaged Sleeper and denied they did the damage. Thankfully VCF replaced. Then the drivers delivered another couch which they did not handle with care. Furniture fell over on one occasion, thankfully it was wrapped. Then when setting up, they made multiple scratches on my hardwood. They rushed out leaving my front door wide open without saying a word. The regional manager Fred came out to take pictures but was already not taking accountability. I never got a response and upon following up they claim they sent a letter saying denying they did the damage. Avoid this company at all cost!

You driver over here in Denver co in truck 2210 needs to be a little nicely to other drivers he was rude to me here at swine Coca Cola and he needs to learn to back into a parking space he was blocking there trucks in and me to I asked him to move and he got upset said that he was trying to get his load picked up since yesterday I understand that things happened I been driving for over 20 years but I am still nice to my fellow drivers and try not to block them in

They will lie on your Daq report. They knew my Sister died, they knew my nephew committed suicide behind my sisters death. Yet they still went on my Daq and put left vehicle in unauthorized location. Even though that’s where they told me to park it. This company is full of liars.
