Honestly the worst experience I could have ever had. They took forever getting my car fixed and when I do finally get it back, I noticed that my clock is reading the wrong time and all presets are reset. So obviously something happened. My tire sensor light has been on since then. And I go to start my vehicle the very next day and it doesn't start. Unfortunately they are closed so I will be calling Monday because this is absolutely ridiculous!

Highly recommend! Poage Collision Center has repaired my vehicle twice in the past year - accident damage and hail damage. They worked really well with my auto insurance company, explained the repairs to me thoroughly, and completed the repairs on time and on budget.Services: Painting

The collision center is amazing. They even removed gum off my car, which had nothing to do with the damaged area from the accident. Patient with my work schedule and ability to pick my car back up and everything. Highly recommend.

I just bought a car at Poage and it was a great experience. I had been shopping for awhile and other dealers have cars advertised for sale but when I got there it turned out those cars were always "sold" earlier. Poage had the car I wanted, pulled no punches. Car was as advertised, they were open to working with me on the price and I was in and out in an hour. Other dealers, it takes an hour to get a price on a car. No "let me talk to my manager" shenanigans here, just car sales. Highly recommended!

I am extremely grateful for this dealerships professionalism and compassion towards my recent situation and if I lived in the area I would not hesitate to purchase my next new vehicle from them. As I was traveling from Wyoming to Charleston, SC, I had an unexpected mechanical failure of my 2017 Chevy Silverado which left me stranded and in a tough situation. I limped along and found the Poage Chevy lot and was immediately greeted by Randy Wells and Cory Johnson. If not for these two gentlemen I may have lost my mind; Cory went above and beyond anything I would have expected and Randy helped ensure I connected with the UHaul team and waited till it returned before he closed up for the evening. I also want to mention that even when I struggled the next day connecting the Uhaul truck and trailer together, Cory when out of his way to come to my aid by helping me connect the vehicles and get me back on track, home to my family. What makes a good business is the quality of goods they sell, but what makes a great business is the quality of people they have that to support their customers. Even though I was a stranger to the town and to the business, I was welcomed and treated like a close friend. Thanks to Randy and Cory for all that they have done to help me out of a bad situation; I will always consider them great friends and be thankful they worked at Poage Chevrolet.

This was our 1st purchase from Poage Chevrolet. We had researched other dealerships for several weeks and they could not match the Poage deal on our 2020 Traverse! In fact, one of the other dealerships suggested I take the Poage deal! Carolyn was genuinely one of the best salespersons - she made our experience a great one from start to finish (Sales Manager(Shaun) and Finance Mgr (Matt.) We felt our trade was a fair one and they got the price down to where we could afford to purchase our Traverse. Never any pressure (like some dealerships) and I'd recommend the Poage Team in Wentzville to all my family and friends!
