I appreciate the young man and woman that help us today at the end of their shift on a Friday night. They were both very professional and helped us get everything we needed to complete our business which included three cashier checks, renewing our debit card once they noticed it was out of date and helping with getting some papers notarized. Thankyou it is nice when you feel like someone genuinely cares and is willing to help even when their weekend was about to start.

During our recent visit to PNC branch in Wentzville, we had the pleasure of being assisted by Lisa. Her service was exceptional! She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to address me and my wife's banking needs. She made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We truly appreciate her professionalism and dedication to providing excellent customer service. I'm quite shocked as I read through the numerous dismal reviews for this branch. The O'Fallon branch is my main branch, as that is closest to where I live. But I had to go to Wentzville in order to get an instant replacement debit card - twice in 10 days.I spoke to Lisa in my initial phone call, and she helped me during both visits. There were only a few employees in the branch during both visits, but each of them acknowledged me in a friendly and courteous manner.Lisa is the best! She was extremely helpful and friendly during both visits. For both events, I needed to cancel my debit card after some shady online transactions. The first time was bad enough. But after it happened a second time just a few days later, I was totally humiliated and embarrassed to have to go back and do a rinse-and-repeat. Lisa was very reassuring and supportive as she listened to my convoluted tale of woe, and she helped ease my anxiety about the whole thing. I couldn't have asked for better service.I've been with PNC for going on nine years. I rarely have occasion to go into a branch, but the few times I have (O'Fallon), they've always been wonderful. I've called them quite a few times on the phone over the years for various issues or questions that come up, and they've always been super helpful and were able to resolve my issue immediately without having to get put into transfer hell or wait days. My experience with them has been consistently painless and stress-free. I'm very, very happy with PNC!

Very friendly staff and were able to print a debit card for me in 5 minutes. Very sweet to my little girl and gave her suckers and books.

Would give zero stars if I could. Usually deal with the same guy when I go there, who is the bees knees. Yesterday tho I had an issue with my account being in the negatives by a few hundred dollars due to several pending bank transfers from earlier that week.Now I mentally struggle with a lot and am not the smartest with numbers, yet I was belittled in front of my own mother by some woman there for trying to have the issue explained to me. She shut my mom down for asking questions and cut her off several times. The woman refused to look current pending transactions or look at solid proof beyond what she partial printed out (Which only covered half the issue) Truly the most embarrassing experience when you're so uncertain of what's going on and felt like you're being bullied or a burden by the staff.I brought my issue to a different PNC branch and they took the time to bust out a calculator and truly walk me through everything without making me feel so uncomfortable or embarrassed for not getting anything right away. I would almost recommend not banking with PNC but certainly avoid this branch. Please teach your staff patience, compassion, and consideration or replace them with people who have those qualities.

Honest review for this branch specifically. Both times I have came into this branch I get interrogated on why I'm pulling a large deposit out. What are you doing this much money? What kind of truck? Who was the salesman? Idk. I get small talk but it feels strange and disingenuous. Not funding reptilian humanoid projects I swear. Lol

Extremely rude. Needed help with online password reset. Then I asked about the interest rate I was getting on my MM account. Their reply, if that is not a rate you were expecting, you can go somewhere else!!

Never use PNC!!!! They play to much with funds. They're holding my TAX REFUND check until they can verify it with the IRS... Been holding it since 3/15.

Stopped by drive though and helpful as always. Mentioned I needed to order checks next time I came inside and they ordered them from drive through. Always excellent customer service. Have been banking here for over 15 years and will never leave.
