Wasn’t sure how else to get this message to management, but first I would like to say I was helped by a young lady named Kaylyn who was very professional and friendly, she helped me sign up for rewards which was very easy by the way. However the manager needs to hire some one to be in the cafe, every time I come in the cafe is always closed, or there’s rarely food on the rollers and when there is it’s old.

i witnessed employee screaming at customers - maybe anger problem or drinks alcohol - I was scared to exit my vehicle. I drove down the street.

Every morning when I come in for my cup of coffee there is this older cashier lady who acts like my mere presence is a major inconvenience to her! she is the rudest cashier I’ve ever met. Because of her I am going to the gas station across the street!

I had a female worker following me around watching me like I was going to steal something...I bought $20 worth of stuff.Wednesday 10pm. Yep Heather is super unfriendly. I have no idea what I did to upset her.

Karen who works at the one on Z &N is so unfriendly and acts like I am bothering her by coming to this location. She's in such a hurry to get back to whatever she's doing that she didn't hear what I was asking for. I come back in to tell her she gave me the wrong product and she said, "isn't that what you asked for?". No, it's wasent. Asked for a refund and it was just so unpleasant being in there. Fast lane across the street will be my new daily station.

Don't go for the vanilla cappuccino. It was basically colored water. When I was filling up my cup, I wondered why no one else was using their instant-coffee machines. Now, I know.

They have started scanning Drivers License for tobacco or liquor purchases as of 7.20.2020. I have a real problem with scanning drivers License, this is a privacy issue. Yes, they just say its for verify you age. Which it says to me the employees can't do simple math..It is not a legal binding contract, so just looking at the license should be sufficient enough. I totally disagree with this process, so I will take all my business elsewhere. If you can't tell I am over 40 plus and would like to keep my information out of cyber world. Shame on Mobil. You have lost all my business, will not be bringing in the fleet for fuel either. I have been in Wentville over 8 years and doing business with Mobil so it stays in the community.

Easy access lot for the many gas pumps, On the Run convenience store, and car wash. ATM available inside. This location has a feature many On the Runs don't: an On the Way Cafe. At this Subway-like counter you can order fresh-made sandwiches or pizzas.
