Not a small amount of money. When I got it back, the fingerprint sensor and front camera no longer worked, and I was told they couldn't do anything about that. So $399 for a partial repair at best. Fast forward 8 months later, the screen is exhibiting the same exact symptoms so i took it back .

“Horrible experience after horrible experience with customer service. Verizon’s agents and advertisements are dishonest & misleading. I was contemplating leaving Verizon until I stopped by the store in Wentzville and the manager was able to finally resolve all of my ongoing issues that had nothing to do with him or this store, but I didn’t know what else to do. He was a younger man, I believe his name was Levi. Anymore these days it is rare to find the level of kindness and professionalism he conducted himself with, you are lucky to have him on your team. He deserves raise or promotion!”

I was out of ther in about 11 minutes with the phone I wanted ! Un precedented Customer service . Ive been using Metro for 4 or 5 yrs now and this is exactly why .
