I design my own custom banners and order them from Minuteman Press, it's a simple process with quick turn around. The products turn out great every time. Definitely recommended.

Terrible communication and customer service. Ordered business cards, was told I would have them the following Monday or Tuesday, Thursday at the latest. Called Thursday to get an order status. Gentleman who answered the phone said someone was out sick and would give me a call back quickly to give me an update. Few days go by, I again call to get an update and am told that the file needed to be in a different format. This is frustrating because I spent quite a bit of time with them when ordering, going through, the file, and the details for the card. Waste of time. A simple phone call, email, text, or any attempt at all to let me know this should have been standard practice. Won’t do business with them going forward.

My experience with the staff here was spectacular. I told them what I was needing and they made it happen. And pretty darn quick. Prices are very competitive as well.
