2 days ago I had to go get blood drawn & was in the Troy area so used the LabCorp there. Terrible experience, rude workers, etc. not to mention the lady blew my vein in my left arm & welted up immediately which has never happened. I have given blood & plasma many of times so needle sticks do not bother me. When I tell you, it HURT, & was grabbing my leg hard until the lady was done. Today, had to go back for round 2, went to the Wentzville location & just by walking in the atmosphere was so much better! Carrie was the one who drew my blood this time & I didn’t feel a thing during or even after !! She also checked on me during it which meant a lot . Great job Wentzville LabCorp!! Troy, do better !”
