James In shipping and receiving called me at 7:30am and I missed the call bc I’m busy not behind a desk. I called 5 times regarding my order change he took upon himself to change and costed me money on rentals and people hired to work for the week.and he failed to return any of my call. After leaving my name and number numerous times. So we will definitely be taking our business’s to Home Depot from now on. ??????

We chose Lowe’s to do our countertops and they contract with Cosentino for the stone and the install comes from Hallmark. We are very unhappy with our installation. First of all the seams appear to be filling in a gap and they’re so noticeable. The most important thing is the stone from Cosentino is clearly not a match. When we went there to view the pattern we were told that the two slabs they had already pulled out for us were a match. Clearly, they are not. We have been working with the CMS department and your IME team and we are getting nowhere. Costantino is denying our claim and states that is the color we selected. It may be the pattern we selected, but we never got a chance to view the two slabs ourselves. They pulled out and said they matched. We don’t know where to go from here, but we are very unhappy and considering not doing any more business with Lowes

I came into the store to buy a pitboss 1155 talk to the sales associate. He told me he would go to the back to grab my grill he was gone for approximately 10 minutes. Came back told me that the grill was buread and he did not feel like pulling it out. Proceeded to ask me if I would be interested in purchasing a different grill.That was easier to get to. I left the store and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have always gone to Lowe’s and used them for decades. I have renovated several houses and am currently renovating another house. I’m here all the time.
The changes made at this store and throughout the company make it very annoying to shop.
Self checkouts are terrible and now the only option. Why is there no space? I frequently am buying a shopping cart or more of stuff. But there is nowhere to put any of it. It takes forever to get through checkout because I’m making piles everywhere trying to sort through what I have scanned and then an employee shows up and it gets worse.
More and more items are being locked up. Which I understand helps prevent theft, but it also prevents me from purchasing items. I waited ten minutes for someone to come to the wire section and no one showed up. This is not the first time. A lot of the power tools are locked up too. The prices aren’t any better here than other retailers so I just don’t buy power tools here anymore. And now I won’t buy wire either.
I can’t order online because I am trying to use my pro discount and those systems aren’t connected. I have to call in or come to the store.

I had the absolutely worst experience today at Lowe's. I went there today to pay the bill on the credit card, we do this every month instead of putting in mail or online pay. The Supervisor told me I can't except your payment. So I had a check with name and address same as on bill. Probably the dumbest person I've every incounterd. Since I didn't sign the check she couldn't take my payment to Pay the bill. So I went to another Lowe's up the street and had not 1 problem. Don't go to this store absolutely the worst.

Bought a sliding door with the blinds in the glass . First try the blind broke . Lowes tells me it not their problem . Call the Manufacturer. Manufacturer says Lowes has to give them a work order . Lowes wants the profits, but will NOT stand by what they sell .
Extremely disappointed in Lowes !!!!!

A Good Lowes. Had what I needed
