A local shop that helps locals. Extremely courteous, they were understanding of my situation and was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I will be back for all of my vehicle needs.
I have no doubts they will work above and beyond your expectations. They certainly did mine.

Took my classic car to them for an alignment, ended up needed a new part, they took very good care of my car, left it indoors overnight for me and did an excellent job repairing my car. Matt and his technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using this shop in the future and recommend them for any automotive needs! Definitely 5 star service!

H&S team is awesome! My car was having issues, they let me know the problem. The fixed everything! I swear this is like they swapped my old car out for a brand new one. These guys are FANtastic! A++++

Had my brakes done at H&S months ago, just had more work done... these guys are so kind and polite and understanding. They do great work, and fast! If I would have gone to who I normally do for work like this (the dealer) it would've taken WEEKS to complete at twice the price. They had it done in one day, at a VERY reasonable price. My baby runs and sounds so good again, I'm so grateful. ?

If there is a reward for being the nicest people on the planet it has to go to these guys. Brought my mother's vehicle in several times along with mine. Always so nice, reasonable on the charges and done in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Brought my car in for safety/emissions and the process was so smooth! I was able to get my car in almost immediately with no problems. Everyone I dealt with was so incredibly friendly and they let me know as soon as my car was ready to be picked up. They even worked around my work schedule and were very understanding about it. Will definitely be going back!

Dropped off car for an emissions inspection. Was told would need to leave all day and would be worked in which was no problem.
After waiting most of the day called to check in on the progress and was informed that their machine was down and they would not be able to perform
The work. Went in to pick up vehicle and asked about scheduling an appointment and was told they could not as they were unsure when machine would be up again.
Now for the issue…. It may seem simple and trivial but not once was an apology offered for the situation to me. Not on the phone not when I went in and picked up my vehicle. You can claim you had no control Over the machine going down. But you can totally control how you response to the issue.
Not calling me as soon as you realized an issue with the machine in the morning is poor customer service. And not even offering me an apology at any stage is even worse customer experience. I will never be back to this business and would advise others if you want to be treated with respect to avoid as well!
Edit: business responded to my review. The manager or whoever I spoke with never offered to have me come back the next day. Simply told me I would need to call and check back the following week try around Tuesday. Again no apology was ever given on the phone or in person.
