VERY RUDE STAFF!!! I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PHARMACY FOR 10 YEARS AND AS OF TODAY I WILL BE TRANSFERRING ALL OF MY PRESCRIPTIONS TO ANOTHER PHARMACY!! I WAS TREATED RUDELY AND TALKED TO VERY DISRESPECTFUL BY THE STAFF AND THE PHARMACIST! THEY HAVE ZERO PHONE SKILLS AND THEY ARE EVEN RUDE OVER THE PHONE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

The staff and team of Genoa pharmacy in Wentzville are the absolute best. Always friendly. Helpful. Professional. Totally a 5 star review from me. It has been a delight doing business with them. I hope to continue to do so for a great many years.

Nothing but good experiences here. I've been a patient with Compass for years (previously Crider). The fact that I can see my doctor and then get my medications in the same building is just amazing! I've actually used the dental services at this location aswell without dental insurance and they took care of me at rates that were affordable and the work they did was great! Genoa pharmacy is one of the great pillars that support an awesome thing that Compass has going on. The few problem I've ever had were just scheduling issues. Mostly, at my fault. I'll continue to do business and get the proper help I need with these great people!

This is our goto pharmacy. Brian and the techs that work here are consistently going beyond what most consider to be expected. You can tell they care about their patients / customers and it shows.
