I know this isn’t directly related to this store, but I feel this experience needs to be shared as broadly as possible.Purchased Razer BlackWidow V3 Green Switch Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - Halo Infinite Edition and immediately found it cheaper ($60 cheaper) on Amazon. Attempted to cancel the order but the website wouldn’t let me. After receiving the item in the mail, the keyboard was completely loose in the shipping box by the way, took it to the store to process the return. Was told that “PC peripherals are non returnable because of scalpers, call customer support.” So I did, they then told me that because the item is clearance, it was not clearance when I added it to my cart, there’s nothing they can do for me. Mentioned how the keyboard came loose in the shipping box and they said “I’m sorry for your troubles sir, but there’s nothing I can do.”Will not be purchasing ANYTHING from GameStop ever again and canceling anything related to them.

Worst gamestop I've been to. Pre- ordered a game that should have had a lot of extra stuff. Didn't even call to let me know it was in, even though I asked if they would. Staff doesn't have the answers to any of the questions I ask. Went twice, but I won't be going to that one anymore.

Small selection, the employees do not know how to work their computers or what is in stock, minimal knowledge of games. I bought a brand new PS5 from this store, and the box was not sealed. It was the digital console instead of the disk console. I came back the day after to exchange it for the right console that I thought I was getting. I was told that since the seal was broken I could not exchange it but trade it in for half the price. I talked to the manager Sasha she was no help so I asked to talk to the regional manager Craig. He made it right but the disk console was more than the other so there was still a charge. Please go to another GameStop or a competitor to get your games and systems.

I’ve staunchly defended GameStop for years (former Store Manager, had been with the company from 2007-2017), but I will no longer be a customer after an experience at this location.I came in to exchange a defective preowned Switch I had purchased 2 days prior. Not return, just exchange for a working console. The employee who helped me said that because I did not buy a warranty, I could only trade in the console and they would apply a defective fee, giving me $98 in credit to purchase a different system (for a preowned console that I purchased 2 days prior, well within the 7 day return policy on preowned products or 30 day defective return policy). I asked for my console and receipt back and left.Again, I worked for the company for 10 years, I know how the return policies work. I get you don’t want a return affecting your sales metrics, but this is not how you treat your customers with these shady tactics. It’s a shame because I had a great interaction buying the preowned Switch console from their Store Manager, Sasha. But these employees ruined my outlook on the company. I’ll be cancelling the preorders I had and will not be stepping into another GameStop ever again after this.

Love this GameStop. Awesome service and selection. Staff always understanding and great exchange policies. This is the GameStop you need to spend your hard earned money with, trust. Go see em.

Employees were super helpful. I ordered aomething online that came broken and I returned it here. Only took a couple minutes, way better than mailing it back for a refund!

"We're closing in one minute so I'm going to ask you to leave." That's the greeting I received when I walked in the door. Not a big deal. I understand schedules and such, but there were 4 other customers already inside, NOT in line to checkout.Is Gamestop a bank?Do they have automatic timed lockouts?Does the door lock at 7PM on a Friday?Or has customer service become a thing of the past?Just wondering.

They are sticklers on the warranty if it is 31 days and a warranty of 30 days they will look you in the face and tell you sorry it's not warrantedMUST PLACES OFFER 90 DAYS exchangeBuy anywhere but ga my stop you get a 15 to 30 day exchange timewe all know we buy things for gifts they don't get used for a few weeksThey make you send off to the manufacturerWhy buy from GameStop if they don't want to help with issues when you buy a product from themAvoid just buy through Microsoft or manufacturer if possible at least you won't get TRICKERY. And short WARRANTY B.S.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service... I called a month in advance 3 times. First was a mistake on they're website, saying they have pre owned refurbished PS5 console available for pickup the next day. I called and was told that it wasn't true, I understood and asked when the next restock was. I was told MAY 23, Marked the day down in my phone's calendar. I called today and asked if the date was still accurate. And I was told the date was April 23 instead.

Very friendly staff. She was hustling and did a wonderful job multitasking as the only employee on duty. Would recommend this location to anyone who may feel less welcomed at other store locations.
