Deciding to use a local florist I placed my first order with Dunn's for a bouquet of roses for my wife's birthday. As it turns out I received an email notifying me they were not able to deliver the same day promised on line. There are too many other choices for me to ever order from this retailer in the future.

Superb experience with this company! I made a last-minute order for some flowers because I was out of town on my wife's birthday due to a last-minute trip. I KNOW I KNOW Bad husband jokes incoming!! The flowers look amazing and she was very happy. I did get a call about some of the flowers being out of stock, but for a last-minute order, that's my problem. Some substitutions were made, and it worked out amazing!
Will use this company again in the future.

I'd love to be able to build up a local business, but the rude employee (Wendy) I dealt with when looking for a simple sympathy arrangement makes that impossible. From the minute our conversation started, she made a point of telling me all the things they couldn't do...from arrangement choice to delivery. Her attitude was negative and nasty to say the least. Not sure why she's in a position of customer service if this is the way she thinks people want to be treated. Dunn's, you won't be getting my business again, no matter what the situation. There are too many other florists available who know what decent customer service looks like.

I have purchased flowers here for years and have never been disappointed. They did the flowers at mine and my daughter’s weddings and they were absolutely beautiful!! I highly recommend!

My daughter and son-in-law live in another part of the state and called Dunn's to order Mother's Day flowers. They were honest to say, they couldn't deliver before Mother's Day because of how busy they had gotten.Today I received a beautiful bouquet of mixed flowers with greenery and want to express the quality of this arrangement. I felt they did an exquisite job and would highly recommend this florist!

I went in Saturday to see if I could order flowers for my wedding. We are older and having a simple wedding only needed simple small bouquet. They lady I talked when we first arrived was very nice then she got the main gal and wow. She was very rude. If you can't do the order because you are too busy with mother's day that's ok. But she was very rude about it. Not sure I will return.

I called to inquire about flowers and shipping options to surprise my recently widowed grandmother for Valentine’s Day. Working in customer service I have a full understanding on how overwhelming certain holidays can be, and would’ve honestly been one of the easiest customers to deal with if I hadn’t been talked to like a complete moron right off the bat. I have never ordered flowers before and also ordering from out of state so I found a bouquet I liked online and called to make sure they could deliver one town over. The only response I could get was “It’s florist choice!”, “It’s florist choice!”… I felt like I was getting yelled at honestly. A better option for this mad woman could be “Right now we are doing florist choice only, here are some price ranges to choose from, and they typically pick from these arrangement of flowers.” It’s two day until Valentine’s Day, I know they are super busy and overwhelmed, I did my part in being patient and understanding. I would’ve even considered sending the day after or so if the exchange wasn’t so off putting. It didn’t take me long to decide that I didn’t want to contribute to this business. To put the cherry on top the conversation was ended with a click… no “thanks for calling” or “have a great day” I wish I had the miserable ladies name…. But I’m sure they will know who I’m talking about. I’m sorry for leaving a nasty review but I hope it helps y’all’s customer service in the future.

The ONLY reason this gets one star is because Carol was able to smooth over Wendy’s HORRIBLE customer service. Flowers were ordered (expedited delivery) be delivered for my daughter’s birthday. They weren’t delivered quickly or even on the day they were supposed to (January 9th). January 10th I got a call from Wendy asking when the flowers could be delivered. I ask what times do they have open for delivery and add that I’m home now. I was told now doesn’t work and then told of all the other deliveries that need to be made.. as if one customers delivery is less important than anyone else’s. I asked why it wasn’t delivered the day it was supposed to be and told “because it wasn’t ordered to be delivered that day” mind you we have a receipt via email showing the day it is supposed to be delivered with the extra charge for speedy delivery. When I said this it ruffled her feathers so I asked for her name and was HUNG UP ON! When is it ever appropriate to hang up on a customer? A customer that did NOT receive the order that was paid for. All in all Wendy handled customer service poorly and will ruin business. I called back and was given Wendy’s name by Carol who spoke calmly and handed it well.Edited to add pictures of the bouquet I received late and with unacceptable customer service from the MANAGER (yes, Wendy’s says she is the manager and still behaved this way).

I ordered the, "deal of the day" to be delivered to my parents on Christmas Eve. There is no picture posted so I was a little nervous about what they would receive. The arrangement was beautiful and my parents were very pleased.
