An absolutely fantastic place. We were driving cross-country and we got low tire pressure warnings. Naturally, when you had driven through lots of constructions and are headed to a stretch where there are no service centers that not at all comforting. We went to the nearest Sam's Club and Walmart Auto Centers. Neither place would even check to see if there was an issue and the minimum waiting period was 45 min. For a simple check. We went to Discount Tire. They were in the middle of a delivery but the manager came out to meet us immediately and got Garret to assist us. He checked all tires quickly, balanced the tire pressures and recalibrated the tire pressure system ( which turned out to be the issue), all within 5 min. He was even happy to check our second vehicle and balanced the tire pressures. If you have a tire problem and want amazing service, Discount Tire is the place to go.

Up until this point, I had been happy with the service I had received. However, after what I have been through in the last 48 hours, I am now very disappointed. On March 16th, I came to this location to get a tire rotation and balance after having an alignment performed on my Honda Pilot. Everything seemed fine until approximately 3 weeks ago I started getting a noise from my driver side front tire. Given the age and mileage of my vehicle, I had assumed it needed some work on the bearings. I informed my wife and daughter to drive it only if needed. Since the rotation was performed, it had only been driven a handful of times. I had been driving my other vehicle more since the noise started and repairs can be made. Fast forward to today. I finally got to a point where the repairs needed to be made since my other vehicle was having issues. I began working on it and found 4 of the 5 lug nuts were loose, with the 5th not being very tight. I continued to remove the tire and inspected the bearings and axle for any discrepancies. After finding nothing wrong, I reinstalled the tire and went for a test drive. During the test drive, the noise had completely went away. Now, I typically understand when mistakes happen, but this one could have been catastrophic for me and/or my family. Words can not begin to describe my frustration.*EDIT*Since my original post, I was contacted by Gil, the regional manager. Gil was very empathetic and seemed genuinely concerned with the event that took place. He promised to look into the matter to prevent such mishaps from reoccurring.I had some other tire related issues come about at no fault of Discount Tire. They have been nothing short of professional and accommodating, rebuilding my trust in them. I want to thank Gil, Nicholas, and Tristan for showing what a true business model is supposed to look like.

I took my 2022 Hyundai Tuscan today, 5/15/2024, to the Wentzville location to get all new tires. I was very satisfied with not just the service to my vehicle but the customer service was amazing!The young lady, which I am sad I did not get her name!, was so friendly, knowledgable, and answered all my questions!I didn't feel like I was being pushed into something or scammed as I normally do being a young female in autobody facilities!

I was a discount Tire customer for many years in California and arizona. Now that they are near me in Missouri I will be back. This company has some of the best service and takes care of their customers no matter what store you're at. I have never had a bad experience.

My husband had a flat tire and went there to see what was wrong. Shaun and Niko and the mechanics had him pull straight in and got it fixed within minutes! Didn’t charge him a thing. I’ll recommend them to everyone I know and I’ll never go anywhere else for tires! Highly recommend!

Customer service is TOP NOTCH! I had to get 4 new tires and they got me in super fast with very minimal wait time. If you ever have a problem which I doubt you will make sure you talk to Nico! He was awesome ?

I found this place when there was only one way out in hawk point. They were the only ones with used tires in my size so I made the trip. They were amazing, I decided I would only go back there. Now there is one here in town and they are still just as amazing!

I had a huge bubble on my tire while traveling through. They were fast and friendly. Great Service. Great people.I don't live here, but definitely recommend and will come here again if another emergency comes up while traveling through. Thank you!!!

Came in for new tires. The counter team was very helpful and professional. Honest guys, i asked for 4 tires. I had some side wall damage and felt like it was getting close to time to replace them all. They let me know that they could do that, but it was not necessary to get me safely on the road (i had plenty of tread left). We chose to just replace the damaged tire and the other tire on the same axle. We appreciate the honesty. I am looking forward to our next experience, as much as you can replacing tires.
