Mangers looked at me like they've never seen a Hispanic kid and white mom together. Felt uncomfortable.

We enjoy the Wentzville location. Employee interactions are always good. They have nice sale prices. Watch the expiration dates on items.

I love this grocery store. Parking is ample and congested. Store is always clean and free of clutter. Staff is always friendly and talkative. Good sales and new items are always available. Pretty pricey in here. Hot food is available but FYI very bland. Cook informed me verbally stating they have too many customers to season on a regular and considering allergy control they just don't season . Seafood can be purchased cooked to order or cold. Points can be made here by signing up and putting your number in the kiosk . Points can get you monies accumulated on your transactions to save on your total cost, birthday surprises and more savings on your items. New items I bought today and I'm excited to try is a Starbucks refreshing drink. I'm excited:) Will always shop here

So Very Dissapointed. Won't be returning. We went to Wentzville Location for a Cake and Beer. Husband had to climb to reach beer because none of the workers could be bothered to help. We get to check out and were completely Ignored. We were Right By the Customer Service Desk! Waved at what appeared to be a manager several times only to be ignored. He literally went behind the desk to the computer and that's when we had had enough and left our stuff at the checkout. There were literally Three workers helping a group of young boys which was Great! I was like okay we will just wait till they are done. No such luck. When I called to talk to the Manager, his response was okay well he has left for the day. Now I called While Still in the Parking lot, literally 2 minutes and he had left for the day or the Manager would have talked to him. It took me asking if this is normal to get any kind of apology. It's okay though- we drove less than a mile to the SCHNUCKS and they had Exactly what we wanted for a better price and were far friendlier. I guess I know where I will be spending my money from now on.

First problem is that they are frozen. And I believe partially thawed and refrozen multiple times. The cherry pie is especially bad. Crust is hard. Not flaky. The filling has the texture of purried cherries, not whole. Very syrupy and lacking flavor. Sad that what use to be pretty good is now exceptionally bad.

My daughter bought a covid test. When she got home I opened it to find there were no test in the box. My wife called and they said bring it up and exchange it. I drove up there and they said there is nothing they can do. The main manager walked up and didn’t say a word and put a sign in my face that said “all sales are final”. He didn’t even say a word and just held the sign. He was very condescending and rude. I understand all sales are final if you actually received the product. This is horrible customer service. I will never shop at this store again. They said it’s impossible for the test to be missing because they are sealed. One end was sealed the other was not.

When cashier makes err and you catch it after you check out you must stand in another long line to collect your overcharge (cashier did not see the dividers and charged me for the following customer’s magazine—which she had asked me if it was mine. I replied no and thought she took the item off the receipt. Nope. Wish we could see the prices as they are rung somewhere. Guess that somewhere is over the rainbow, sigh. I do enjoy shopping at Dierbergs and will continue, but I was disappointed at being inconvenienced. The second cashier never looked at me and did not offer an apology, but blandly said have a nice day.

I've always loved Dierbergs because of the clean stores and large selection. The pharmacy has always been fantastic as well, if you go into the store. The outside drive-ups are a nice convenience, but seem to be out of order the majority of the time (noticed over many years). One of my favorite things about Dierbers is the friendliness and the fact that they would ask if you would like paper bags. Well, both of those seem to have diminished. While they still have paper bags, they are not visible, and you have to ask for them. An older lady that has worked there a long time as a cashier, snipped at me pretty good one day for asking about paper bags. I purposely avoid her now, even if it means a longer line. Other employees have been a little crass as well. I have started going to Schnucks lately and found that they are much friendlier. While I dont have to have a person be nice to me, it's still wonderful to be greeted with a smile and feel appreciated.

Went grocery shopping tonight, it was raining when I was leaving one of the workers was outside the doors offered to watch my cart while I went and got my car, and even loaded my groceries for me so I didn't have to stand in the rain. Definitely made my night.

Angry because when the price the chicken on sake it rings up full price and you have to go get it fixed and they make you wait a loooooong time. We need better options in Wentzville. I'm tired of this.

Today we checked out and every checker was over 65 and slow. No baggers ( which is why we use dierbergs) and no one was cleaning carts. heather the “manager” was terribly rude when I mentioned it. I can shop anywhere and bag my own groceries and clean my own cart for much cheaper. Let’s face it I shop at dierbergs for service exemplary service ya that. Not today!!

We purchased food from the Deli and bread from the Bakery. We took the food home to eat. We had beef brisket in gravy, mashed potatoes & gravy and french bread. The brisket was superb, very delicious. The french bread was also very good
