Went to check out. Girl organizing near front of store told us to use machine for cash payment. She was extremely rude as we had difficulty with the machine. She said "well first of all do this" I said we didn't know. She said "it tells you right there!" Then she scampered back to her sorting. I told her she didn't have to be so rude which of course she denied. We just had our COVID boosters at pharmacy and pharmacist was kind. This review only for check out process and EXTREME RUDENESS OF ONE SPECIFIC EMPLOYEE. Will NEVER come back to this location again!

I just called to get a temporary refill and the customer service over the phone is lacking. You could hear someone in the background complaining. I thought I was speaking to a call center. When I asked if I was speaking to someone locally, the girl responded as I I was d**** I said well had you properly announced yourself I would've known. Ugh!

This pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I am a very patient person, but I have had enough with this pharmacy. They have messed up my prescriptions multiple times. They are some of the most inconsiderate employees I have ever met. I am not kidding when I say I have had probably over 10 problems on different occasions at the CVS. Please do not waste your time. They are lazy and rude.

Just talked to someone in the pharmacy, a younger girl. The most disrespectful, mean, rude employee i have ever came across there. Was trying to get a prescription transferred and she went about it completely the wrong way. Doesn't deserve to work in health care if she will talk to people like this. SERIOUSLY SO ANGRY. Made me feel like i couldn't ask any questions or understand what was going on. Now i can't take my medicine! Someone seriously needs to get a grip on this girl.

This place is a joke no customer service. I’ve been trying to get 1 prescription since yesterday. Still 31 hours later still no script not to mention several phone calls and 3 trips from Troy to Wentzville. Ridiculous all my scripts will be transferred from this place. This place is about as bad if not worse then Walmart n that’s BAD

Absolutely worthless pharmacy. Went online as instructed on the cvs phone number to get my prescription transferred. Called next day and no record of it so I gave them the transferring store information over the phone. Didn't hear back later that day so I called first thing the next morning, still nothing and had no record of any transfer. This is over a three day period. Their one star review couldn't be more accurate

CVS Pharmacy in Wentzville is a complete nightmare to deal with and has been for months. Every time you call, you wait on hold for 20+ mins to speak with someone. Every time you go to pick up, you wait in line for 40+ mins. I’ve been patient long enough but finally had my fill tonight going to pick up my moms blood pressure medication. Apparently, it’s on nationwide backorder but they failed to communicate that. When I mentioned “wow, wish someone would have let us know so we

This is the slowest and most frustrating pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Prescriptions are never ready in a timely manner. I'm sick and have made two trips up there to get my prescription. I'm told it will be 30 minutes before it is ready. I am changing pharmacies and never going back there again.

I have nothing good to say about this pharmacy and would rate it zero stars if I could. They are incredibly slow. Kids are sick and it takes HOURS to fill a prescription. The drive through always takes no less than 30 minutes with just 3 cars in line. I am bummed that my insurance chose CVS - they are HORRIBLE.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Prescriptions with refills are still not ready numerous days later. The drive thru is the absolute slowest. I am actually sitting in it right now. That is how I have free time to write this review. I could get out of the drive thru and go inside, but I made that mistake last time. I stood at the counter and was ignored. I wish my insurance let me stay at Walgreens, but they insist I use CVS. I have another prescription that has to be compounded (made for me) that comes from another state via mail. I have gotten that faster. This is a sad excuse for a company that is supposed to help people get the medicine that they need to get well.

Doctor office called in three Rx at 2pm. Stopped by at 3:30 and nothing was ready. Was told it would be 40 minutes so I said I would come back. Came back at 6:45 and one was ready, another they didn’t know about until I told them (of course it WAS in their system) and the other was going to be ready “by 9pm”....when they close. So over this place...

This pharmacy never has my prescriptions ready. I have to call to refill my prescriptions that are on auto fill. I have currently been on hold for an hour trying to talk to someone to see when my prescription will be ready. If I didn’t have to use CVS because of my insurance, I definitely wouldn’t!!!
