Great service and friendly people there finally used the bug brush area that works great to get splattered bugs off the front and maddie was great wanted to make sure everything would go smooth I only use the exterior wash only

Pretty disappointed with this car wash. The windshield would look better if I had just used a gas station squeegee. The hood was still super dirty and the front bumper looks like it didn’t even get washed.

Been going here for over a year. Maddie is one of the young ladies that consistently provides friendly service with a smile. Additionally, refreshingly knowledgeable about the quality of service provided and consistently offers current promotions!!!

A very busy day, but Maddie the GateKeeper was getting everybody handled professionally and efficiently. We've been self-serve members for years, but today I bought an upgrade to get things taken care of inside. Great work all around!

I’ve been loving to come and get my car washed at Country Club Car wash for at least two years now. The cleaning team is pretty quick, efficient and if I notice something needs to be work on a little bit more ( my car is huge + kids leave a lot of mess ..) which is almost never - they are so sweet to do it ??
My favourite people that I’ve had an opportunity to meet there, are Ethan (manager) and Maddie. Maddie is the “front desk” gal with pretty smile and the most nicest greetings no matter of the season or weather. You usually meet her when you drive up to scan your car for a wash.
The membership is the best thing to have with this Carwash, since roads are salted in cold season and during summer it’s so dusty in Wentzville due to constructions around. It’s worth it, trust me ????
The only thing I wish they’d have is free vacuum on the side when they are full at the cleaning area, and perhaps a car scent sticker or something. I’m from Northwest and it’s common thing to have this little gift for members. Just a thought ?

My wish:
I feel like we are and have been experiencing a high level of bug juice on the cars already this time of year and the brushless car wash has a hard time removing the sticky bug residue- might need to look at products available to handle high levels of bug juice on cars -thanks in advance for looking into this issue!
