I walked in with my brother's laptop which was completely locked up and required a 14 digit code which had been lost. Using my brother's gmail account the staff was able to send my brother a code via text in order to access his account remotely. They stayed on the phone with him and walked him through the whole process. They were able to unlock and clean up the laptop which I picked up the next day! The $90 bill was more than reasonable. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Highly recommend this company. I brought my laptop in after getting the blue screen of death. They were able to restore all my data on my laptop when I thought I lost it all. Mike was kind, patient, thorough and very knowledgeable . The entire staff was friendly and very personable. Thanks to Mike, I learned alot in the process and also received great insights of what I needed and what to look for when purchasing my next laptop. This is a trustworthy, local, small business that is deserving of 5 stars and recognition.

Are you afraid the security on your devices aren't up to snuff? Did the blue screen of death pop up? Has weird things been happening on your pc? Call OCCI and talk with Bill! He's professional, informative, and great at what he does. I don't understand most of what he says at first but he's willing to break it down so I can!!

My laptop was damaged during a flight while in my checked luggage. I brought it to OCC on the Friday afternoon between Christmas and New Year's Day. They fixed it while I waited at a price so low, I was shocked. They were very friendly and chatted with me while I waited. Very pleasant experience!

Brandon and the team have done a great job helping me fix a monitor issue on my laptop. They have honored their work and even helped several months later when issue resurfaced.
