One Star indefinitely. I find it baffling that I get charged $5 for a box of coins as a fee, and it really is odd considering I’ve withdraw coins before. With all the other times I haven't been charged
with a fee, and now for some reason I get charged out of the blue?! Like this isnt ethical whatsoever, and this is toxic considering this is legal and that they can charge me this fee. To add on I’m a college student and I’m getting thirsted for ten dollars for wanting some coins?. 2.5✨ stars really living up to its name. Ill be surprised if this place is around in 10 years

I have been a Commerce Bank customer since 2006 when I first moved to this area. I rarely have to contact customer support for any issue, which is a very good thing. Commerce Bank makes my life easier.

Yet another horrible experience at commerce. Today's banker was incredibly rude and condescending. Can somehow tell me I'm wrong while also admitting that they can not see what is in question from their end of the system. Take your money elsewhere, commerce is trash.

Great bank. My grandparents and my mom all used this bank. I still have the account that was originally theirs from 1999, provided paperwork so it's now my account. Three generations says something about their service.

I have banked at Commerce Bank in Wentzville for 20 years and I have consistently been thankful for their efforts to meet my most tricky financial questions. The most recent thanks goes to Katie on taking the time to assist on a variety of issues.

I have been with Commerce Bank for over 20+ years. I moved out this way a year or so ago and the Wentzville location has been awesome!!!! How they have a lower score on the reviews baffle me. Look in the mirror people, and I'll bet y'all have attitudes that need adjusting ???
