Steve was fantastic. I called in inquiring about a car I had seen on their website. The car had sold, but Steve took a picture of a similar size and sent me the pic. I came in the next day and he had the keys ready for me to test drive. He was very friendly and made the process so easy. Dan was great with explaining all of the paperwork and their process. Their knowledge and experience was great. I highly recommend this dealership! Thanks guys, I love my new car!!

Had been looking for months for the right vehicle. I ended up finding a potential option here and when I reached out, I was given all the info and cost breakdowns I asked for. Everyone has had the experience where they get hit with THOUSANDS of $$ in different fees that aren't posted on the website or listing... That was definitely NOT the case with Craig. He was awesome. Very straight forward and helpful. I can say this was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. Coming from a huge natural skeptic like myself, that's saying alot! If you're looking for an easy buying experience, reach out to Craig. I have no doubt he'll be able to meet all your needs.

Just picked my truck up. Had an issue with transmission. Called and made an appointment with Mike Price. I dropped off on Wednesday for my Thursday appointment. Mike contacted me on Friday to tell me I needed a transmission. I asked about a vehicle to drive and without hesitation he said sure. I was out of town and came back and within 20 minutes he had me a vehicle to drive and told me it would be about a week for the repair with the holiday. He then contacted me again this Monday and said should be done by Friday. Well I was shocked to be notified that my truck was done on Wednesday. I did not expect to be treated the way I was due to just moving to the area and only taking my vehicle there for warranty repair. Century dodge and Mike have earned my respect . If something happens to my vehicle that I can’t take care of myself I will definitely take it to Century.. great service

Took my van in for service, rear A/C was not working. Called me back and quoted me $800 to fix it. Ordered the part myself for $48 and fixed it myself within about 2 hours. The diagnostic report for the entire van was accurate. Their labor costs must exceed the hourly rate of corporate lawyers, all I had to do was fact check what they diagnosed and watch a couple of YouTube videos to save myself money. I’m not saying they aren’t competent, but $800 for a $50 fix is highway robbery

I was in the area from out of town when my new Wrangler would not start. I was towed to this dealership one hour before they closed for the Memorial Day weekend. They got me in anyway and discovered that the problem was due to a modification I had installed by an aftermarket business. They quickly corrected the problem and had me back on the road in an hour. I was more than thrilled. They saved me from waiting for my car until the following Tuesday and saved my Holiday weekend.

I really like buying cars here but they use caliber body shop for warranty work and they don't guarantee their work for century jeep. So beware.

We have bought a few cars from this dealership and every purchase have been smooth and enjoyable. They are great at helping us find something that is within our budget. We've never been pressured to purchase anything. The staff is fantastic. Scott is great with numbers and getting us the best he can for all the loans we have needed for our purchases. This time we purchased a brand new car for the first time and the transaction was smooth. We will continue purchasing vehicles from this dealership.

Service department is amazing. Mike, Jen, and Charles miraculously fit us in on an emergency basis when we experienced some electrical issues with our 2022 Grand Wagoneer on our cross country road trip. They had us back on the road in less than 15 minutes. All smiles for the kind, courteous, capable work they do; we lucked out! A million thank yous!

If I could leave 0 stars that is what I would do!!!! This is the worst service experience I have ever had..... I have been in the car business for 20 years plus and have never been told if I leave my Jeep here, I can't pick it up until the warranty pays them!!! Meaning to me they want me to pay for all repairs and then I would have to contact the warranty company for payment. I was never given the option to speak to a manager. I was told it could take up to one month sometimes for warranty compaines to pay them. Why would I want to wait that long before I can get my Jeep back? This being said to me before she ever even knew how long it would take. If I have to pay for everything upfront what would the point of a extended warranty be for? This is before they even know what is wrong with my Jeep!!!! I still have a power train left from the manufacturer warranty. How do they know if there is not a recall or fix for some of my issues? I will never come back here again! I'm a very upset hard working American father of seven. [ This my own personal opinion of the events.]

When you go to a Jeep dealer you expect that they have knowledge about jeeps.. had issues with mine so I got a diagnostic done. Post diagnostic they said I needed a new TCM. I repeatedly asked the customer service reps if they were sure that was the only problem or if there could be anything else causing the issue. they said yes it’s 100% the TCM and refused to help me on any other way. $800 later I get it replaced and specifically asker if my issues were resolved, they said yes.
Of course first time I get back into it and turn the key, the same check engine lights were on.
I was right back inside and inform them the lights were still on but for the most part they are seemed more worried about heading home than helping a customer in need. Turns out my transmission was going out and had to be replaced that I learned from a second party source..
so essentially they just lie and rip hard working people out of their money.. never will use this dealer again nor should anyone else. Not worth your time or money.

These people in the service department are professional and there leadership is top notch ( Justin) and Jenn are my favorite. I never hardly get an answer no we cant do that. Its always lets take care of that situation right now . Thanks Peops ?

By no means, this is by far the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. Salesperson Joe was absolutely awesome! He worked very hard to get me the best deal on my dream car out of 3 other dealerships that I had contacted. Also, Scott in the finance department was exceptional and very knowledgeable who was able to obtain the best financing, which included an extended warranty for me. From the owners to the employees, they were very courteous and they made sure that my mother and I were comfortable. Hands down, this dealership deserves 10 stars.

Went here to get my window rolled up. The clip was broken. They rolled up the window in less then 5 minutes then had the car sit in the back to “charge me service” for 30 minutes which cost me $110!!! R U KIDDING . Then they quoted me to fix the clips for $460 well I said no I won’t be coming back. So we went online and ordered the pieces our self for $60 and then I installed in in less then 30 seconds. 1 unplug and plug back in. Terrible service! They will rip you off. Do not go here for anything. They charge $200 and hour that’s a joke.
