On Sunday my truck had two flats So I called AAA and told them I needed to be flatbedded to the local Firestone. After numerous calls to AAA and finally calling budget towing and asking what the delay was and the guy told me he’d tried to call me . I told him no one had called me, he apparently had been calling my home phone. When I called AAA they said it was my cell phone number they had given him. I guess he was mad over what clearly was his fault and then he told AAA he declined flatbedding my truck. So after six hours of sitting in my truck waiting for this idiot they called someone else who immediately can and did the transfer. Six hours is ridiculous and my niece who was with me has diabetes as do I. This could have ended much different. The driver clearly did not want to work. Budget towing needs to do a better job. I would never use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

This company towed my car and that's where the lies started. When I arrived to get my car I was told that I could not get any personal property out of it yet the police officer that towed my car wouldn't sign a release until I had that paperwork. The young girl working the desk tried all she could to deny us the right to our own property. When finally speaking to her boss I was allowed to get my paperwork from the car. When finally recovering the car I noticed multiple aftermarket parts that I had put on my car missing including the fins to my diffuser which cost $30 a piece. I'm currently missing 6 of the 8 that were on the car at the time of towing. Picture is proof of what my car looks like currently. On top of that my license plates from the state of Ohio were stolen off the car by the tow company which is illegal as they have no jurisdiction over out of state plates. We've contacted the department of motor vehicles in Ohio that is now investigating this theft. They tried to blame this on the police officer that towed my car but we reached out to that police department and found out indeed the tow company was the one that removed the plates. We will be subpoenaing the camera recordings through our attorney to get substantial proof that the tow company did indeed steal the plates as well as lie saying the police chief removed them. On top of this all of my license plate bolts were stolen off the vehicle it wasn't until I called this tow company back saying they stole my personal property that they so conveniently offered to give them back to me yesterday after 4 days of trying to get my stolen property back. Still haven't received my fins for my diffuser but I've already filed a police report regarding those as the tow company had them on the car at time of tow. We have lots of substantial proof that was submitted to the police department that the parts were on the car at the time of tow. This company is full of liars, thieves, & conducts incredibly shady business as a whole. Hopefully these investigations by the DMV, local police, & state police of Ohio finally hold this company accountable for their actions.

Excellent service! We were in a bind and they were so helpful. Under promise but over delivered. George and Ethan were out to us in 20 minutes. Provided fast and excellent service. Felt safe and secure.

The driver diagnosed my issue and handled my vehicle with care. He was very friendly. They showed up pretty quickly and gave an accurate quote over the phone. A 50 mile tow was $50 cheaper than the next lowest priced place. I was very pleased with the service and cost.

So how are they only open 9 am till 5. My car ran out of gas 1 mile from home. By the time I got home and walked back 30 mins mins you they towed it back to their facility and Holding it hostage. Plus it was a 3 day holiday. When I went in to get hassles and lies. Tried getting my registration out of glove box and was treated as if I was trying g to rob them !! Rude

This place has a complete and utter lack of respect for a person's time. I called @ 6:30am for a tow @ 8:30am. I was told that it wouldn't be an issue. They then called @ 8:22am to say they are running a bit behind. Which isn't the end of the world. Then they call me back at 9:30am and tell me it's going to be a few more hours because of they're 'contracts'. This is some of the worst customer service I have experienced!!! If you are not going to actually serve the general public. You should let people know that whenever they call. I called a different tow company and they will be here in 30min. Side note. My truck is broken down an hour away from where we live.
