I felt very unwelcome the second I walked in. Judy also made unnecessary comments about the phone I purchased. She also talked down about how I spend my money/how much I make. I found it to be extremely unprofessional and completely not how you treat a customer. Process was smooth but I do not appreciate the peanut galleries opinion.

Really unimpressed and dissatisfied with the service of this location. While I understood the problem we showed up to try and resolve was out if their hands (an online order canot be cared for in a store cause they're separate departments.) But the way the service was delivered and handled was particularly egregious. Wasted our time and left us with a super poor impression.

Very friendly staff! Had signage up once again for the newest iPhone but didn't have them in stock - I guess this is a Boost Mobile thing but it's so annoying.She listened to my phone situation, joked with us about it, and had my new phone set up before our conversation was even over.I ended up with the Red iPhone 13, the only color they had, which wasn't what I wanted but this was my third store so I had to go with it.

Amazing service, amazing customer service! Judy gave me a straight forward price and didn’t try to upsell me to something I do not want. She was also very nice and welcoming. She truly has amazing customer service! Thanks Judy for the great deal on my new phone! She definitely deserves a promotion within her company!

I have never met Judy in person, just by calling the store, she was such a amazing customer service representative for boost, she helped me by contacting a rep for there insurance provider to get a refund for just a big mess on the insurance providers part, I have yet to see my refund but with Judy's attentiveness I am hopeful that I will get my refund soon, I have been with boost for years and I will for sure drive out of my way if I need any in store help for Judy to provide

Worst experience ever I had to go 3 times to the store to get what JUDY T. Messed up . She was a terrible Rep only trying to sell me rather than help me with my issues and going around my questions. I don’t recommend this location . The location at Ofallon was more than helpful. Judy should be train for customer service rather or let go . I haven’t been with boost for a month yet and if this is how it is , even if the plans are cheap, I wouldn’t stay with them . Planning on moving to another carrier soon.

Called the Boost store and talked Judy a Boost employee, told her my new phone I bought at WalMart wasn’t letting me make or receive calls and text. She said bring it in and she would try and help me get it working. I went to the store and she was very pleasant and helpful, she got my phone working. Great customer service.
