Ben's Moving and Storage just completed my move. The two young men were courteous and hard working, continuously moving furniture very carefully so as not to damage the furniture or the home. Everything arrived in great shape too!They arrived on time and completed my move in the estimated time, thus keeping to the budget. I couldn't have asked for better people to do the job or a better moving experience. I would be happy to use them in the future and will recommend them to anyone I know planning a move.

I called on February 8th to have a piano moved. BM&S was able to complete the job the same day and the whole process took less than an hour. They were a bit expensive howevet, they made it simple and easy for me! I appreciate them and would recommend them to anyone needing moving services

Working in Human Services some people need to be removed from a situation at the drop of a hat. Then there are other times moves get pushed back for multiple reasons. worst moving company ever. The issue we had was the owners son came into our house and tried to change the price after we signed what we agreed to before the move. Tried to take our possessions hostage and increased the amount and would not give our possessions back with out giving more money almost got in a physical altercation with my husband who is almost 60 years old would never use them for any moving ever !!

The problem with this company is not just the owner,. Ben coming in and demanding payment in full after saying over phone he would accept being paid by the hour, not just changing his contract with me, but the fact that you need to watch the movers every second as they make things in my opinondisapeer from you.

Moved an 150 yo upright piano with no issues. I needed it to get moved quickly and they were able to fit it in and get it moved quickly. Highly recommend!
