I’ve been banking with Bank of America for 15 years now. This location by far is the Black eye on Bank of America. I’ve been going to this one for over three years and it’s always been the same problem. Absolutely not enough people to service you in a timely fashion even with scheduled appointments. With the seven accounts I have with Bank of America, I truly try not to use the inside of the bank knowing the issues. But when I do have to use the inside services, it is the slowest moving business I have ever encountered. Save yourself the hassle and bank with the different location Bank of America or a different bank that won’t leave you waiting in an hour line just to complete a fewminute transaction.

They talk about being for small businesses yet are extremely rude and treat you as if you are committing fraud by cashing a check written to you.. They refuse to honor any check over the amount of $4000 but you can cash 2 $4000 check at the same time from the same person…I’m a small business owner and cash checks for materials to do jobs.. I’ve been spoke to rudely multiple times and have even had to speak to a regional manager. Still nothing gets done.. The only response is “you should get an account with us to avoid this”…I’ve never once come to this bank and had a good experience.. I don’t understand the need to be rude and unprofessional… for absolutely no reason

If I could give this location a zero I would. On Saturday May 20, my husband and I went to the Wentzville branch to cash a check made out to both of us from a customer of Bank of America. The manager at this location, Beverly literally made-up reasons not to cash this check. First, she said that she could not cash it because the check was endorsed to more than one person. (Both my husband and I were there to cash the check and had expectable id needed.) Then when we asked Beverly why, she stated that it was the "the banks policy". We asked her to show us the policy. Beverly then stated that the banks policies were, "private and could not be given to the public". Such a lie! I can literally GOOGLE search the check cashing policy for Bank of America. Then Beverly told us that it didn't matter because the amount of the check was over the limit that Bank of America would cash and that we should take the check to our own bank. After asking BEVERLY to show us this policy she asked us to leave the bank. Of course, we left, only to drive 10 minutes to the Mid Rivers branch and cash the check with absolutely NO issues. If you need to do any business with Bank of America save your time and your peace and just go to the Mid Rivers location. Beverly, I hope you read this review and see what an absolute JOKE you are!!!! I hope you feel ashamed of the service that you gave to me and to my husband. It didn't have to be like this Beverly. We could have had a great interaction. But you seem to have woken up that morning and chose to be the absolute worst person you could be. Good on you for sticking to your lies and your small power control. If I was your employer, I would be so embarrassed by your lies and misrepresentation of Bank of America

I don’t normally write reviews, but Andrew Graham went above and beyond for me today. He sat down and helped me understand my situation, gave me advice, and even took me in as a walk in just to help me out. Definitely a stand out for this company.

They keep raising the amount of their charging as a "financial charge" on my loan even though there shouldn't be any penalties for paying off the loan early. I'm so sick of the scams I hear coming out of this bank, and I can't wait until they finally close their doors. Their management has someone sit at the door greeting people for them to sit single file for a single overworked teller to eventually get to you. It's like a slap to the face. What do I need today? We need you to get to the other side of the counter and do something!!!!Especially with the changing financial charges, CHOOSE A COMMUNITY BANK INSTEAD. LET THESE GUYS CLOSE DOWN.
