Would not recommend calling if you need anything done with 2 to 3 hours. Second time using the service and have been waiting 2 hours for just a jump start. More than likely will not renew membership

I had locked my keys in my car at 8pm. I called triple A immediately and they said the technician will call me back in a few minutes. I get a call first from a guy who said he will be there in 50 minutes, he didn’t sound very nice on the phone. Then a minute later I get another call from a lady saying she will be there in 45 minutes and explained to her that someone else just said they were coming. So I didn’t know who was at this point. Anyway the guy who first called gets there at 9pm. He pops opens my door in legitimately 30 seconds. He then tells me since he had to drive far and late at night that I owe $215. I was struck. I called my mom to have her transfer money from my savings to my checking. I told her the price they wanted me to pay and she was very unhappy and wanted to speak to the man and he said no no. I’m only 19 so Im not sure what I was supposed to do other than to just listen to the guy and not negotiate. I just think $215 is absolutely ridiculous, I can’t believe I spent that much money for a guy to unlock my car.

Thay did not include date of service on reseat thay sent price I pade I'm never going to get truck fixed it happiness back in December I will not b renuing memberships because u will not help

Representative on phone was very nice wish they could have saved my business I enjoyed their home owners insurance rates but you can only have them if you have their auto insurance.

I was hit by one of AAA's policy holders. Hood, grill, headlight and bumper damage. The adjuster called me and said they were accepting liability. (Good so far) Now comes the adjuster to look at my car. My hood was creased and there is no way to repair it properly. The adjuster said they could pound it out and fill it, and you shouldn't be able to tell. Second my headlights are adaptive, the adjuster wants to replace the broken headlight with a non adaptive headlight. Very sad when it comes to this.
