Absolutely do NOT even bother to try to speak to a human being at ANY of the AAA locations! Their menu system is antiquated and there is no option - ZERO - to speak to someone live. Terrible service!

Would not recommend calling if you need anything done with 2 to 3 hours. Second time using the service and have been waiting 2 hours for just a jump start. More than likely will not renew membership

Thay did not include date of service on reseat thay sent price I pade I'm never going to get truck fixed it happiness back in December I will not b renuing memberships because u will not help
