I have been buying used cars for 30 years, and this was a great experience. Issues arose that Mike dealt with in a friendly and straightforward manner. I walked away feeling like a valued customer and look forward to doing business with South County again.

I bought a Toyota Tacoma from them
Second day the check engine light comes (back) on
Pappas Toyota finds a blown head gasket and a rear differential that needs replacement
Truck was advertised as 'one owner, no accidents, Excellent condition '
I called. Was yelled at and talked over. Told me to contact their lawyer
I have done just that. Will update
A year later
I’ve won in small claims court. They owe me $5000
They will not pay
Please. Please.
Do not do business with these people. Anything goes wrong you are out!!!

I have purchased a Hyundai Tucson vehicle with reference from mike before purchasing the vehicle I have some issues in the vehicle mikes gave appointment for repairing that issues but later he didn't respond for anything please don't this trust him while buying he will say I will give warranty for your vehicle for vehicle for 3 months but it's completely fraud he won't give any warranty please don't trust him and also prices are too high.

We purchased a vehicle roughly two months ago. When we drove it, it shifted a little hard. We were asked to leave it overnight and they would do a transmission flush. Brought it home and it was still having some issues. We took it to a mechanic in our town and was told the transmission was going bad and didn't look like it had the transmission flush. We are now struggling to get the vehicle fixed under the warranty. The dealership is not being helpful but only helpful when we wanted to purchase a vehicle. This is the whole point of a warranty that was paid for. I will be reporting to BBB.
