They do not use deadbolts or padlocks, instead they use cylindrical locks which are highly secure. And they offer legitimate climate control. They offer insurance for a low price which is a plus in my eyes. I highly recommend utilizing this company over the competition, which really isn't much of a competition!- Drea K.”

“I love the people who’s there and their always great and helpful the units I had always worked out well and I never had any issues with them I’ve noticed people complaining about elevators not working and whatnot but things happen not everyone in the staff can fix these issues immediately and they have to go thru proper repair to get fixed people gotta understand you can’t immediately fix something broke you have time frames most companies don’t even have workers leave them alone and go get some exercise climb the stars either that or get a degree and fix them yourselfBack on the unit note tho I was happy with mine and had no problems issues or complaintsSmall edit- I’m also happy to say kylee was one of the nicest employees I’ve ever met and I’m happy she’s working at your company she’s helped me out a lot”

After about 5 minutes, he came back and helped us. He explained how everything worked and was able to get us the size storage unit we needed. We were very disappointed that no one showed up to meet us at the new facility as was scheduled. We called another location for the same company and spoke with Ed. We explained our situation and that it was imperative that we got the unit rented that day.
