First let me say that Matt at Rick's Auto Body is kind, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
This is our go to place for almost 20 years and about 5 incidents. When on the road a lot, driving from O'Fallon to Ferguson or Arnold daily and doing weekend shows in all kinds of weather, one tends to experience some things. So we've gotten to know these good folks and have always been satisfied, never displeased. Today they were again gracious and helped me with a parking lot scratch.
I recommend Rick's Auto Body whether needing them for an insurance claim or just wanting to get some work done.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Rick’s Auto Body. My wife recently brought our car in for repairs, and the way she was treated was unacceptable. The staff spoke down to her as if she didn’t understand anything about the process, which was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful.
To make matters worse, they claimed there were paint blemishes on the car before we even brought it in. This was not mentioned during our initial discussions, and it felt like an excuse to cover up their own mistakes.
We expected a certain level of customer service, and being treated with such condescension and dishonesty is simply unacceptable. It’s disheartening to see that customer care and respect are clearly not priorities here. We won’t be returning and would caution others to consider this before choosing Rick’s Auto Body for their repairs.
***I just spoke with my neighbor, who mentioned that he received a car back from Rick's Auto Body with a broken windshield. Instead of addressing the issue directly, Rick's Auto Body attempted to file a claim on my neighbor's insurance. This seems quite concerning and unprofessional, so I highly recommend you stay away from them.***

Unfortunately, someone backed into my truck in a parking lot and damaged my front passenger door and my front right hand fender. The insurance company recommended Rick’s and I’m glad I listed to them. The repair is flawless. I checked it up close and from far away, both during the daytime and the night time. In the sunlight and when it was overcast. I couldn’t find a single issue. It looks like it came straight out of the factory. And the customer service was exactly what you would hope for, both friendly and professional. I will recommend Rick’s to anybody who will listen for the rest of my days. Thank you to the Rick’s Auto Body team. You guys have got it figured out.

Me and my family have had the misfortune of having to do business with them multiple times with several cars over the years. The only thing they can do consistently is give poor customer service and a very poor repair job. Save your money, time, car, and stress by doing business elsewhere than Rick’s Auto Body. Edit: to this day I keep finding things they broke on my cars. Don’t take your vehicle here unless you want it to be more broken than when it arrived.

Absolutely amazing service. The gentleman who I dealt with was so personable and helpful from the drop off of my vehicle to all the questions I had through the claim process. He was so kind and always had a smile. Highly recommend!

Thankfully I've only had to use Rick's twice, but both times the service and work were excellent. They even saved me money compared to other shops by putting in a bit more labor to save me on an expensive part! I definitely recommend them for any auto body needs.

I recently moved to St. Charles County from St. Louis County. My auto repair shop of choice has always been Spirit West in Manchester, MO. I took my recently damaged 2021 Accord to Rick's Auto Body based on the advice of the tow company that picked up my damaged car. Rick's got me in quickly and sent me regular e-mails with updates on the progress of the repair. They worked with and we're pre-approved with my insurance company. They did a beautiful job and my Honda looks brand new! I highly recommend Rick's Auto Body!

Rick 's Auto Body repaired my car about a year ago after an accident. They did an excellent job. About a week ago part of the trim along the bottom of the passenger door came off. They repaired it without charge. Great service , very friendly and honest!

I brought my 78 c10 in needing some body work and they did great. I’m very happy with what they have done and they even fixed the mistakes I made when trying to fix it myself. I wasn’t sure if they could do an older truck like that but they took it right in and got it done at a price I can agree with. They even helped me out with the price a little bit and did a little extra. Above and beyond work. Super nice people and when I stopped by the shop to see how the progress was they invited me in to look at the truck and walked me through what they were doing. I work for the city of Saint Charles and came in for a utility inspection, the welcome I received was not what I expected. I informed them of what I came for and their responses were rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I was threatened and even approached with the statement of “ you come into my business and disrespect me.” After I walked away to defuse the situation, in which this man followed me outside. This was not a professional experience for me at all. My job is to make sure your homes/ businesses do not explode due to excavation. They threatened to call the police assuming that would scare me, I have no record for any stage of my life. At the end of the day, I don’t place racism on people unless the shoe fits. In this case it definitely fits.
