I have had a morgtage with them for over 2 years and they have been awesome to work with. When we purchased our home they said they will never sell our loan and the did. I feel I was lied to and now I make a payment to a company I have never heard of. Very dishonest in my opinion.

I have been trying to get a replacement debit card for over a month now. When I called to report mine lost and order a new one, I was told I'd have it in 7 to 10 business days. After three weeks I called and they had no record of me being issued a new card. She then tells me I could have gone to the branch where they could have done an an instant issue this whole time. When I got there I was told the one and only person who can do it was on lunch. When you call to confirm someone is there, you get directed to their automated customer service. You can't even call the branch to speak to someone without a direct extension to dial. Hopefully someone is there who can do it today (Saturday so probably not). And the Weldon Springs branch hours of operation are inconvenient when you need to use your bank on a Wednesday for instance.

The tellers both are snotty and aleays rude.They are not helpful one bit.I have been going there since 2007.I'm glad I moved away.The office in Ofallon Mo is aways so nice friendly ,helpful.They should get training on how to deal with the public.

Just stopped by to get some change. They said no, account holders only. Guess who has two thumbs and won't ever be opening an account there?
