I am completely disappointed in Allstate after I filed a claim for roof and siding damage that occurred from a hail storm. They only wanted to pay for the back half of roof! Then only wanted to patch 6 holes in siding for $200. That doesn't even pay for labor. When you send me my premium bill, do I only send you half? This senior citizen couldn't have been taken advantage of any worse. I ended up being in the worst of hands! Not like their motto says, you're in good hands.

I still haven't spoke to an agent since he took over my account 4 year's ago and can't get a straight answer I still don't know if I am insured can't get a straight answer

I'm very satisfied with the service we have everytime i need a question answered it is very easy to get ahold of a real person and not an automated system love the All State app and the drive wise feature it provides

I have nothing but good things to say about this agent and company. First off, as I was just about to renew my insurance with my former company, after having to shop around because they were trying to raise my rate, Keith called me and gave me a better quote with better coverage. I would have been a fool to have not switched. Once I did switch, after a month of driving, they informed me that I would receive $89 in safe driving discounts in my first bill, which my bill turned out to be $10 after the discounts, TEN DOLLARS!! Now that was a one time thing, it hasn't happened since but still, it saved me even more money by switching. Great agent and great company!

Based on my previous survey response I received a phone call from my agents office to discuss the rating.This was my first person-to-person interaction since the insurance was taken over by this agency.During our conversation I learned that I would be able to possibly save money by trying a different plan. I appreciate the effort on the agent's part for taking the time to help me with this today.

They found me at fault for an accident I was not responsible for. They told me there was nothing I could do to dispute the claim unless I had a witness or other photos. The other car was speeding and theres "no way to prove it". If you look at the impact on my truck there is no way I could have been responsible for hitting this vehicle from making a left turn. Literally was no help after finding me at fault. I felt hopless that my insurance would not help me dispute the claim and tell me I was responsible for an accident while the other party was driving recklessly fast and got away with totalling my truck with no compensation to me and making my monthly insurance rate completely unreasonable.

-I WAS IN A SEEMINGLY WHAT TURNED OUT A LARGER ACCIDENT THAN I THOUGHT. WHY? BECAUSE ALLSTATE TOTALED OUT MY CAR; AND NOW I AM LOOKING FOR A MISSOURI - SAINT LOUIS CITY OR COUNTY - THAT IS WELL TRAINED TO REPAIR MY CAR...2004 CHEVROLET MALIBU MAXX LT 4-DOOR...grey with a slight hint of lightgreen. I DO NOT WANT TO GET RID OF MY CAR AND BESIDES ALL THAT I ONLY HAVE ONE PAYMENT LEFT OWED TO THE DEALERSHIP-ALL AUTO SALES, ST. LOUIS CITY, MO. I EXPLAINED MY WANTING TO KEEPING THE CAR OUT FROM DESTRUCTION, CARE, JUNKYARD, ETC.-THEY INFORMED ME THAT I COULD KEEP MY CAR AND ONCE THE CAR IS TOTALLY CLEARED AND I AM THE SOLE OWNER...ALONG WITH MY TWO YOUNGEST SONS...THAT THEN THEY (ALLSTATE INSURANCE) WILL LOOK THE ACCIDENT CLAIM BACK OVER.
