I lost my husband about a year and a half ago. I wanted to continue wearing my wedding set, but not as it was. The team at Indigo welcomed me and made me instantly realize I had come to the right place. I had other jewelry repair to be done as well , one a ring that I thought was beyond repair, a ring my oldest brother had given me, they did a wonderful restoration. I am now proudly wearing my 10 year anniversary band and have access to several other pieces that are precious to me. Thank you Indigo Jewelers.

Unfortunately the second time I stopped in just a few days later the owner I spoke to acted as if she never even saw me in her life before after the long encounter and introduction we had just the other day. It felt awkward and uncomfortable. I walked out. No sale. Sorry. I was bummed. I bought a replacement wedding band elsewhere.

I have been dealing with Michael for many years now. Every time i have been there i have been completely satisfied with my purchase or my repair. I just recently had a valuable family heirloom repaired at Indigo. it was meticulously done on time and under the price that was quoted. I am extremely satisfied with my jewelry. I highly recommend Michael and Indigo Jewelers.

Indigo Jewelers is filled with the most amazing people. Mr. M, Stacy and Judy take such good care of our treasures. What's more they never tell me something is not worth repair, especially my really old pieces from my mother and great-great aunt. I know some of those pieces do not hold much in the way of monetary value, but the hold generations of love. And these kind, sweet, and talented individuals have breathed new life into the pieces for future generations. I cannot thank you enough.

Excellent service, excellent selection of products. Can't say enough good things about this Personal Jeweler. Definitely recommend anyone looking for any kind of jewelry at all! All the staff is so kind and truly interested in helping you find exactly what you are looking for. If they don't have what you're looking for, then they can make it. Their custom jewelry work is amazing! I personally know from experience. I had a custom wedding band made here, and it truly is one of a kind and always gets lots of compliments when I am wearing it. It was exactly what I envisioned but couldn't find.

The customer service is top notch!! I am still so BLOWN AWAY with the custom work that Mike created with my upgraded wedding ring. Mike took the original marquise and fashioned it to a choker and then replaced my center Diamond and joined it with my wrap and soldered it. This ring is truly magnificent and so is his work!!! If you want to experience the best service and quality of craftsmanship in selecting a fine piece of jewelry, PLEASE do not hesitate to go to Indigo Jewelers!! They know what they're doing and you will not be disappointed!!!

Indigo Jewlers has been the only jewelry store I have ever gone to. From being 15 and my sister working there to being an adult. Mr. M, Stacy, and staff go the extra mile for everyone that walks in their store. Their only goal is to make customers happy, and I can honestly say, without a doubt, that man has succeeded in his goal. Indigo Jewlers is no ordinary jewlery store, they goes above and beyond for every customer and every single person they meet. Mr. M does amazing custom work and their in store displays are always pristine and beautiful. Once you go to Indigo Jewlers and meet Mr. M and Stacy, you will be a lifetime customer. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would, because this jewlery store is one in a million!

A jewelry store that listen to what you want and not try to upsale you for a commission. I had a ring redesigned. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and what my budget was. The ring turned out better then I could have imagined.

I was referred to Indigo by a friend when I mentioned having my grandmothers rings resized for my wedding. Mr M and Stacie were great. My rings are from the 1930's and Mr M did amazing job resizing them and polishing them to look like new. I wish I had taken a before picture to show the change. Very affordable and I greatly appreciate the craftsman ship and care put into my rings.Thanks

If you were looking for a personalized experience, that is top rate, think of Indigo Jewelers. They were very.attentive to my needs, knowledgeable and had a great selection of products. They provide onsite custom work and are certified. Pricing seemed reasonable and am awaiting my customized quote. I left today with my own rings polished and cleaned, then departed with my own personal gift and had lovely conversation. I wish I could give the 1st experience 10 stars. Went into Indigo for the first time recently out of curiosity. Stacy and Judy were so welcoming. I signed up for their mailings and came back with my wedding ring to be remounted and resized. Mr M was amazing giving me his thoughts and ideas. I’m so happy with the results and to be able to wear my ring again! Thank you! I’ll definitely be back!

My experience with Mr M and Stacy at Indigo Jewelers was nothing but positive. I have respect for their talents and work ethics. Both made me feel that my diamond ring repair was just as important to them as it was for me. I had taken my invisible set diamond ring to a different jeweler that let me know that it was not a repair that their company did and that as far as he knew no one in the state made this repair, due to the labor intensity. He went on to say that he could send it out of state for a certain price with the understanding the ring could be gone up to six months. I called three other Jewelers that did repairs. None of the three repaired invisible set diamonds. Fortunately I discovered Indigo Jewelers. Immediately Mr M told me, yes the invisible set would be a challenge, but he would do everything within his power to repair my ring to my satisfaction. He had my ring from Jan 31, 2023 until Feb 15, 2023. My ring has never looked more beautiful! Thank you Indigo Jewelers!
