I came here with a broken screen assembly on my Samsung Galaxy S21 5G. I got it repaired and i could use my phone--ish.The camera was not working and I couldn't get a cellular connection for calls or texts. They used EU parts instead of US. It had a warranty, so they replaced the camera. 2 weeks later the antennae arrived at the store(supply lines presumably). It got replaced and my phone was fully functional! Except now the back is coming off.Almost a month in and I'm still not done, but at least the people working there were responsive, the warranties covered the issues that came up, I got a working phone with a new battery, and hopefully the employees know for next time.

My phone was repaired in an hour and the screen is all good now and works perfectly. But now my back camera no longer works? Disappointed I found out today how much I normally use my back camera

Had the battery replaced in my iPhone 6+. Everything was explained to me, the gentleman that helped me was very personable and the repairs were done within the hour that it was promised. I will defiantly use this store again.

I really liked being able to make an appointment for having a new battery installed in my iPhone! Thanks to a train blocking my path, I was a little late, but they thought nothing of it. They offered me a seat at their own work desk while one of the super helpful men took the phone to their back service area, and before I could blink twice, he brought it back in -- work completed!

I made my appointment online, and when I arrived at the scheduled time, I was told I would have to leave my phone there (for a battery replacement) for two hours because they had two other phones ahead of mine. I don't know if the people who had dropped their phones off before I did had appointments, but it seems kind of pointless to make an appointment, only to be told to return in two hours. That being said, the battery replacement seems to have been successful, as my phone can now hold a charge. So, good job!

Drove an hour up to the store for the store to tel me the repairman was out sick today. They should call people when that happens. Then I took the phone back up again had it fixed only to drive home and find out that I can hear anyone. I called the store guy said the speaker proyeasnt reconnected that I would have to drive up again to have them fix it. I drove over 3 hours in 2 day span. Store should have called when they knew people were out sick, repairman should have checked everything before handing the phone back and I would have save me another drive back up.
