The young woman in the pharmacy with the "chaos" tattoo has an attitude problem. I won't ever fill a prescription here. Rude, unhelpful, zero customer service skills, nothing delightful about her.

I hate to be that person that leaves a bad review but i am so annoyed right now. I recently lost my apple watch charger and live next to this walgreens so i thought i would go here to replace it. I called five times1. i called for customer service and asked about an apple watch charger she says she will check for me and leaves me on hold for 20 mins2. i call again and ask for customer service and get put through the photo department and when i ask about apple watch chargers she just says we dont have them and hangs up on me3. this time i asked for customer service and i asked for the chargers and she immediately cut me off to say no and hang up4. finally i decided to ask for the manager and customer service answered but it sounds like someone different i ask to speak to the manager and she says sure leme grab them for you and puts me on hold for like 10 seconds and hangs up5. this time i ask to speak to the manager and i get put through too customer service and i kindly ask to speak to the manager and she says uh ok and hands the phone away and as the phone is being handed away i can hear them laughing and talking about me finally someone answers and i ask if i am speaking to the manager and she says this is the shift lead and its the best you are gonna get what do u want i kindly ask for the charger again and she says we dont carry apple products even though they have the cards at the checkout for apple products and i asked kindly if they can check and she hangs upthis is insane and so rude and again i apologize for leaving a bad review but i am hoping the manager sees it and says something also i checked the app and set it to that location you guys have apple products and u guys have the apple chargers in store at ur location:) also ur pharmacy staff is rude ;)

Literally the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to and I will NEVER return. The employees are rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, and incompetent?! It’s incredible they haven’t given out the wrong meds yet!! Oh wait, they DID!!! This is also based of MANY, MANY visits, so please don’t think this review is because of my most recent visit. This is just the last time I will accept sup par service. There are multiple other options just as close!

By far the worst Walgreens! Zero customer care from Lora the lump on the log that refuses to lift a finger to help a customer. Rude and ignorant employees are a liability regardless of their disability. Avoid this location.

This pharmacy has a history of being unhelpful or supplying incorrect information that has created complications with my insurance as well as actually filling the prescription. Multiple reps have also refused to attempt to locate my medicine at another Walgreens pharmacy and I was dropped into an indefinite hold on the phone more than once in the same call. When I did actually speak with a Pharmacist, he attempted to be helpful initially but was not willing to work through with me options about how to actually get my prescription filled, just repeated that this was a manufactures issue not a Walgreens issue. Which I understand, and I expressed that I understood that part of the problem but the unwillingness to assist in finding a way to meet the customers needs and lack of willingness to take the time to speak with me about potentially finding a solution is a Walgreens problem. This is just the latest round of problems I've experienced with the Pharmacy. I would understand using it perhaps if you have a one off prescription and you live close, but if you have a monthly prescription expect complications.

The store is fine but the pharmacy is bad. This location is closest to my house, been going there for 8 years. Seems they can't keep staff or management and are consistently out of medicines and it's not due to nationwide shortages.

The pharmacy consistently takes ages to pick up a prescription. The customer service is very poor consistently, the pharmacy tech doesn't even acknowledge you when you pull up after you've been waiting for 20+ minutes. The management should really do a better job of supporting their staff.

I’ve been going to their pharmacy for nearly 20 years and rarely had a problem. Just in the last 4-6 months, it’s been one issue after another. They’re out of stock on something and it takes a week or more to get it back in stock. Then, when they do get it in, they forget to fill the order. The automated phone system has stopped working properly. I’ll get a call saying it’s time for a refill. The automatic system asks you to press “1” if you’re the right person, then doesn’t recognize the response and hangs up. I’ve had to repeatedly follow up with them about my prescriptions. They always blame the problem on a new computer system. I’m fed up with this nonsense and if they don’t get things straightened out, I’ll go elsewhere.

Ann, the Pharmacy Manager was incredibly helpful and polite! There were several people in line and it was just her and one pharmacist. Very short staffed. And she was running around helping everybody and stayed calm.Just wanted to let somebody know that it was noticed she was doing a fantastic job!
