The Hub does it all! They have excellent service, quality merchandise, and top-notch maintenance. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I recently brought my bike in for a tune-up, seat replacement, and wheel replacement. The mechanics did a fantastic job, and my bike is running smoother than ever. I'm a very satisfied customer!

I have had many good memories experiences here, from purchasing a new bike and getting it tuned up, to buying repair parts for other bikes. Prices are great and the expertise of the staff is appreciated.

V family recently upgraded 1970s era bikes for more modern cruisers. Found the staff to be very helpful and supportive. Didn't try to push the priciest models. Walked away happy and with new bikes for all V family (except the littlest V who will inherit older siblings former ride for now). For beginners to advanced bikers HBC is a great option!

Top notch experience! I am now on my 3rd bike purchased at The Hub. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I just purchased an E bike and they really helped me find the bike that is a perfect fit and went the extra mile with the sizing and fit to ensure it is a comfortable ride.In addition to the initial sales experience, I can also say they stand behind what they sell. I have had both my daughters bikes that I purchased there serviced and they have quick turnarounds and are extremely friendly.

Super friendly and helpful staff that don't pressure you. In an industry (and region) where cycling elitism is common, it's a fresh approach. A solid inventory and fast ordering for items they might not have. Located on one of the most popular stretches of biking in the area, in lovely Webster Groves. Highly recommended.

A belated review of a customer focused outfit. The Sturmey Archer hub on my Biktrix Stunner bit the dust last fall. It was sold as a durable component of my 750 watt mid drive, but was not (Sturmey Archer recently specifically warned against this use).So, I found an e bike specific Shimano 5 speed IGH and aksed the Hub to order it for me, and lace it to a wheel. They did so, with the correct trim and expertly.The resulting wheel was not perfect I had to make 2 trips to get all of the little parts on correctly. But what impressed me was their service attitude to provide me with essentially a custom assembly - THIS WAS NOT A KIT. Example: My last part was delivered to my house by a Hub employee, at their behest.The wheel was installed on my Biktrix Stunner in January and has been my main transport mode for months now. It performs flawlessly. So, (1) don't buy from misleading Biktrix, and (2) thank you Hub for working so hard to get me back on the road.

Bike wasn't returned on the day promised. I went in the day after to pick it up, they promised to look into it & call me the following day, I heard nothing. I called back the following business day and they asked me to source the chain for the tune-up. I want to like them because they are so close, but it wasn't a great example of service. I'll likely try them again.

I bought my bike from The Hub a year ago. Because of a good price on the bike but the most important reason is the maintenance I knew I would want. I ride at least times a week and bikes need repairs. The Hub has fixed it right & pretty fast. So I did want to write a good review for this store.

The hub is my go to shop for tune ups and repairs. I have gotten good vibes from this place every time I have gone into the store or spoken with them over the phone. It takes the stress out of dealing with maintenance.
