I had a very difficult time living at my apartment under the management of Robert’s reality for 2 years for several reasons. We had mold growing in the AC unit of our apartment for 2 Years and the manager said that “mold can’t grow on plastic” and ignored the issue for the rest of the time i was living there. I sent multiple photos of the mold and they went ignored. Me and my roommates were sick for months living at the apartment and we tried to explain this was a direct result of living with mold. We had flooding more than once when they would come on and patch the ceiling but never paint and leaving the walls looking terrible and say they’d be back to “paint later”. At one point we were very concerned thinking we smelled gas in the apartment t and the property manager came over down playing the situation and saying it’s “impossible to smell gas from an apartment away”. I feel like the entire time we lived under this management they did not care about our wellbeing. They constantly downplayed our concerns and never took initiative. Where do I even begin? I have been renting for Roberts Realty for 3 years now and it’s one of the best places I have lived. As a single mom with 2 kids, my biggest desire was to have a place where I would feel safe and my kids would have a good school district. And that desire was met renting from Roberts Realty. I never have to wait if I need something fix and Tisha, the property manager, is literally my lifeline. Tisha is the most selfless person I know and will make sure things are taken care of. I’m so grateful for Roberts Realty for giving me the opportunity to provide a safe place for my kids and also holding up their end as landlords and making sure things are fixed in a timely manner. I would 1,000 percent recommend Roberts Realty to anyone looking for a place to live.

One of the WORST landlords ever!!!! We've were there for several years and each one was worse than the last. The manager was super bad, some tenants thought she was on drugs, some thought she was bipolar, and the people in the office aren't any better. They move in horrible tenants and do nothing to help when there is a problem, and there has been plenty filthy disgusting neighbors. There's a very high turnover which tells you something. I have a hard time believing any of the five star reviews and figure that have to be fake. Run fast and run far from this place unless you like chaos, inconvenience and massive headaches!!!!!!!!!

I lived in one of Roberts Realty's apartments on Kidder Ave. in Affton for 2 yrs. Before moving in, I thoroughly read the lease, as I suffer from asthma & wanted to make sure that it was a no smoking property. The lease stated there was no smoking "on the premises." After moving in, residents were smoking on front porches & even in their units. I notified the property manager & nothing was done. There were 2 derelict cars in the parking lot. Wrecked, flat tires & no license plates.The lease stated no cars allowed in lot without plates. After 6 mos. I reported to property manager, nothing was done & cars were there for well over a year. There was also a tenant that is a hoarder, clutter everywhere outside her unit & in the yard. Again, property manager was aware of this & did nothing.This was just a few of the many issues I had while living there. The biggest problem is an inadequate property manager. She doesn't return texts or phone calls unless it's an emergency issue. Perhaps a new manager would rectify the problem. I will say, the office manager, Kristin, was always very helpful & nice to deal with. That was the only pleasant part of my experience!!Unless you want to feel like you live in a trailer park, I suggest not renting from Roberts Realty. A big thumbs down.

If I could I would leave no stars. My daughter and her roommates have not had hot water for 6 days. They put in multiple maintenance requests which have not been answered. I called 3 times in one day and not one person has called back. They use an answering service so there is no one to speak with. I would never rent from them again!
