Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issues with my vehicle and completed the repairs on budget and earlier than expected. The store Manager Nick Wade and Service Manager Tommy were easy to work with and professional. They will be working on my vehicle and our company's vehicles going forward! 5/5

I needed an emissions test and they were able to get me in quickly which was nice. However before I could get out of the parking lot w my husband when I dropped the car off I was flagged down by an employee. He told me he looked at my tires and I should have them replaced. I had just had my car serviced and they told me in the next 10,000 miles I may need tires. I told him no thanks and all I needed was the emissions test. He then went in to say that in the rain my tires wouldn’t grip and I needed to be very careful.
Felt like a scare tactic. So although I am thankful they were able to get my test done quickly, I will not be returning. I don’t like being pushed to buy things.

My tire started to lose air on the highway. I made it to Dobbs 1 hour before they closed. They worked me in, fixed my tire, and it was FREE, because I purchased my tires there. Everyone was super friendly and helpful

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I really appreciated the service and honesty that the Dobbs team provided. I was in a bind, needing a quick repair, and they helped me out and explained all of the options. They didn’t try to upsell me. They just presented all of the options and let me make an informed decision. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Went in for a nail in the tire. Accommodating hours, clean shop, great service, and fixed the tire. Will be back for future tire purchases as well as future nails in my tires.
