The prices are right and they have a huge variety of products here that are mostly of good quality. Also, the customer service is unmatched by other stores of this caliber, because the employees were really helpful in finding what I needed. Awesome!

Glad to see this location still around. Remember going here as a kid in the early 2000's. Have gone back a few times since then. Went back today and found some good deals.

My daughter& I enjoyed shopping at Big Lots! We found a lot of fun things to buy! They sell a lot of food products, things for your house& outdoor figurines to put outside!

I must say that Big Lots is not my cup of tea. Never has been. The prices are considerably higher on quite a few items that we are familiar with and I just don't like the atmosphere.

I hadn't set foot in a Big Lot's store in years, so I wasn't really sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. I had last minute Christmas shopping to do and I was able to get everything I needed at discount pricing. I even scored a jolly Christmas dress for myself. The staff was friendly. The store was clean. I will go back.

I recently visited Big Lots on Crestwood, and I have to say, the staff there is so nice that they make Mother Teresa look like a rookie stand-up comedian! Seriously, these folks are like customer service comedians, and they've got customer care down to an art form. I half-expected them to break into a rendition of 'Don't Stop Believin' by Journey as they helped me find the perfect bean bag chair. Big Lots, you've got the friendliest crew in the retail game – it's like shopping in a sitcom, but with more bargains and fewer laugh tracks! ??
