Turns out I had a screw and a slow leak; they patched me up and had me out relatively quickly even with no appointment. As I paid, I said that they could have easily told me (female, stressed, no automotive knowledge) that I needed a new tire or four versus being able to patch it. Dan said that’s not how he runs his shop, just come back again when I need something. What a class act! This was so refreshing and I know I’ll be back to have my car serviced when I need it.”
