Their customer service is terrible.
I went in Wednesday for a script I was told was ready, and then when I got there they said it would be 20 more minutes. I didn’t have time, so I said I’ll come back.
It is now Friday, I call to see if it’s ready and they say “no, it’s in que.” I asked when it will be ready as it’s been over 48 hours plus and she rudely responds “uh, give us 30 minutes”
Considering I’m a fairly new customer, I will be switching quickly. Thanks ✌?

I have severe problems that can only be treated with medication. Walgreens Pharmacy always fills my stuff when I need it. And they're not rude over the phone or in person in my experience.

My daughter has the same pills needed filled every month they forget to order them which the medicine she needs is life or death

Thanks to the short hateful person I just got off the phone with at the Webb City Walgreens pharmacy I will be checking out new Pharmacies tomorrow for my husband's meds.

So much better pharmacy than Walmart! The wait is rarely long at all. Good place for other items as well.

I've tried this location several times and the same issue occurs. I understand being busy but they are more dishonest than busy. I'll call or go in and they will give me a 20-40 min window for pickup yet it is never ready and the workers get an attitude about it when confronted. They come up with the time estimates and if they are always an hour off they need to evaluate the system they use.
